Feel Transformed
Exhale is a beautiful spa facility that will instantly put you into relaxation mode. It has a full spa menu as well as yoga classes and "Core Fusion" classes. The yoga studio is one-of-a-kind and the perfect place to practice. It is worth it to take a yoga class just to see the studio! They offer a whole spectrum of yoga classes from Restorative to Power Yoga. The Core Fusion classes are unique to Exhale and will kick your butt! It will whip anyone into shape after just a few classes. It's a mix of yoga, pilates, cardio, and stretching. There is no such thing as an off day when doing Core Fusion. The teachers won't let you slack!
Highly Recommend Exhale -- but know that the classes are expensive, especially when you pay per class and not through a package!

Clean, relaxing and friendly.
Had a couples massage recently. I really enjoyed the Swedish massage. The deep tissue massage was less relaxing. Not enough deep rubbing and too much deep prodding. I guess different people like different things... Great location near my hotel in the Back Bay and the place was really clean. One feels very relaxed as soon as you step into the spa. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience.
Pros: Very Clean, Relaxing Atmosphere
Cons: a little pricey, but not exorbitant

Great services, if you can afford it!
I went in to exhale on a sunday and had a massage (with sharon) and a spa pedicure. They were both awesome services. The pedicure was the best I have ever had. The only downside is that it was pretty expensive ($75 for spa pedi) and i can not afford to pay those prices on a regular basis.
Pros: friendly staff
Cons: expensive, parking

Go elsewhere
While the facilities are attractive and particular estheticians and maincurists are do a fine job, the quaility of services provided is variable, starting at unacceptably poor. Those at the desk, including the management, are more interested in talking to one another than addressing the needs of their guests. Overall, particularly given the prices they charge, a waste of money

Gorgeous if you're into that whole Zen thing!
This place has great service. They are very friendly. The yoga studio is incredible and they have clothes available if you need/want to purchase to take a class. Great locker room. Nice but cold treatment rooms. I had a really nice massage. Very costly.
Pros: Locker room and ambience
Cons: Too expensive for Boston (or anywhere)

Excellent
I had an excellent experience and highly recommend the services here, but would agree with the other reviewers that the space is a bit small. If you go on a weekend it can be quite busy and chaotic, and the girls at the desk don't really bother to point you in the right direction.
