Could barely gag down one slice of pizza! I got the pesto sauce and there was practically none on there. The crust has a literal card board taste. The WORST pizza I have ever had by far! Definitely does not compare to Hot Mama's or Big

The owner is a very rude woman that clearly could care less if people order from here. They change the price without notice after you put in HUGE catering orders then chew you out when you call to question it. Also, the food was swimming in grease and they neglected to bring serving utensils for the pasta--even though they said "Of course, Always" when I asked if they would. Don't count on this place; they are really sub-par.

mozzarella sticks were soggy and gross and calzones were nasty and not heated all the way through anyway. I can't describe how bad this was and how much I would recommend never eating from here. Delivery was free so that was nice, but I'd have paid to order from somewhere else....

I ordered a 4-cheese pizza on a Friday night. It came, I tipped the driver, everything was good until I took a bite of the pizza. It was horrible, the gorgonzola was overpowering and it tasted like they had dumped a pound of it on. The crust tasted like cardboard and was brittle. I immediately called the store and asked for the driver to return and take the pizza back and requested a refund. I was told over the phone that the driver couldn't come back because I was too far away and they were too busy anyhow. So I again asked for a refund. I was told to call Dmitri, the manager, the next morning. So I did. I'm not sure if Dmitri exists, because I still can't get a hold of him. Finally, today, Monday, I talk to a different manager, and she tells me that they will not give me my money back, and kept making all these analogies about how if I bought something for the first time at Safeway and took a bite and didn't like it, would I get my money back? I told her probably, because Safeway knows how to keep their customers coming back. Anyway, she was rude, confrontational, and completely unreasonable. I have never been treated like this. All I wanted was my $20 back for a pizza I couldn't even stomach. Don't waste your time, this place is terrible, and their quality control sucks because they obviously don't care what people think. Horrible!!!

Cons: pizza, customer service

I ordered "my Favorite" pizza at midnight of Friday night, the pizza was so fresh and yummy. Much better than Belltown Pizza. Actually, i called Belltown Pizza first, they refuse to make pizza for me since their kitchen close so early which not match their close time(2pm), i changed to call Padrino's pizza which is my first time. I just loved it. I will stick with it from now on.

I got a flyer in the mail the other day from Padrino's, and decided to try it out; a Paggliacci's alternative is a good thing. This is NOT it. The service was good enough, but the actual product was complete junk.

The measure of a pizza place is the cheese pizza. Without a good foundation, the house falls down. And I don't think there was a single good thing about Padrino's cheese pizza. I also got a pizza with toppings, and while some of the toppings (though not the sausage) were good, toppings do not a pizza make.

The crust was too thick to be NY style, too thin to be Chicago style or Sicilian, and cooked too slowly to be crunchy in any sense of the word. I'm not convinced that the crust is much better than microwaved Wonderbread.

The sauce tasted cheap, over seasoned (with the wrong seasonings), and probably out of a can. The cheese was average, but nothing special at all.

Overall, I would pick Dominoes over Padrino's, for both taste and price. At least Dominoes' pizza has some crunch to the crust. The only other pizzas I recall being this bad were from the backwoods of Maine.

In summary, Padrino's provides horrible, overpriced pizza. Only order if your tastebuds are dead and you like spending more money than Dominoes will charge you.

Pros: Delivery guy was decent guy, some of the toppings were good

Cons: Bad crust, bad sauce, way too expensive for the quality

Saw ad for free chicken wings with a large pizza. Ordered from them for the first time and it took roughly around 45 minutes for the food to come. They got the order wrong and sent something completely different. The chicken wings were OK, nothing special about them. The salad was overly cripsy and didn't taste right like the lettuce hadn't been washed. After eating half of it I had my fiancee try it and he spewed it right out into the garbage. So as we threw away the salad they called us back to let us know they messed up the order and they would deiver the pizza to us because of that. When it arrived they sent us the whole order again which I did not find impressive at all because the pizza was soggy, bland and cold. I picked through the salad and found about 15 good pieces of lettuce which still had a bad texture. I woke up the next morning sick as a dog and threw up six times with the worst food poisioning of my life.

I'd reccomend sticking with a chain that has a good reputation for quality food.

The service was excellent, food delicious, and prices were reasonable. Love the pasta dishes and the pizza is a must try.

I highly recommend Padrinos Pizza. Though the delivery time is a bit long (usually 45 min) its worth the wait.

Padrino's is nothing to write home about. The crust was too thick and chewy for my taste. But other than that, it wasn't bad pizza and the delivery was pretty quick. It hit the spot at the time but I don't think I'd order it regularly if I lived in the area.

We stayed at a hotel Downtown Seattle so we ordered for Padrino's delivery, we ordered Mozerella Sticks, a meat lovers calzone and a small pepperoni/pineapple pizza. Delivery was about 45 minutes which is expected but the food was a bit oily. the calzone was flooded with oil/grease and juices that it was a total mess to eat because the bread was kinda soggy it just fell apart, the pizza barely had any sauce on it that the crust just absorbs all the saliva in your mouth leaving it dry and your looking for the nearest glass of water and there were only 11 pepperooni's...yeah we were able to count them because there was so little of it and the pineaple pieces were veeeeeeeeery tiny, now I have to admit the mozerella sticks were insanely good, I wish they would give a little more sauce to dip it in instead of the tiny cup they give where your only able to dip 3 mozerella sticks in and it's all gone leaving you extra mozerella sticks WITH NOTHING TO DIP IT IN!!!! at leas there was nothing wrong with the sodas.

We ordered a pizza with three substitutions, two of which they outright omitted and one of which they barely put any of the ingredient on. Left us with a mess. Oh, and a rather cardboard crust. We'll stick with other delivery folks.

Pros: What ingredients we had seemed fresh enough

Cons: Thoroughly botched the order, even though the guy on the phone read it back correctly

I was in Seattle on business when I stopped at this restaurant. It was quick and easy and service was good. It is reasonably priced, but if you traveling with a group it is a good choice because it has a lot of variety. Not only does it have pizza but it has Greek salads, spicy Thai, gyros, and much more. Though I only was there once I liked what I saw.

This was one of the worst pizza experiences of my life. The pizza was cold and the chicken wings were half cooked. I just finished easting and I feel like i am going to vomit. Padrinos is voted as one of Seattle's best take out food places for 2006, i guess 2006 was a bad year or there were only a few entries that year.

One of the best pizza spots in Seattle. Others try, but no one compares when it comes to pizza! Wouldn't trade it for the world!

Most people you talk to will have never heard of Padrino's pizza, but it's definitely in the top 5 Seattle pizzas. Sausage pizzas have a sausage that covers the entire pizza, so you have a good slice of sausage with every bite! Highly recommended, for pickup or delivery

Padrinos has some of the best pizza I have had in Seattle. The owner has spiffed the place up a bit in the past year (including a new oven) and it appears to be a going concern now rather than a dying hole in the wall. The crust had a strong garlic flavor. It was crispy brown on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The sauce (my personal vote for the most critcal ingredient of any pizza) was spicy and full of flavor without being heavy. The toppings were piled on, but not so high they made the dough soggy. Support this guy, we need more independents in Seattle.
