After interviewing ten Los Angeles firms I hired Synthesis to produce the architectural documents necessary for TSNY to gain permitting for an early 2008 installation on the Santa Monica Pier. Because I was managing a large construction project in NYC, it was imperative that whomever I hired for the Santa Monica work be capable and fully engaged.

This project had the added difficulty of being high profile. Defining for the building department and city government agencies the exact nature of a trapeze schools operations is no small challenge, making it palatable for public use is a vastly more challenging task. Abeer was not only timely and expert in her execution and presentation of documents; she went the extra mile and became first the liaison and then ambassador for the project.

The team at Synthesis made achieving our goals so manageable in fact, it was a no brainer to award them the turnkey management, permitting, oversight, design of key structural elements and the full scope of general contracting for the schools installation.
