I had spilled red wine on a hand woven wool rung. I called them and told them I had tried everything to get it out. They told me they would clean the rug and if needed bleach the fringe or replace it. they quoted me a price and I had them pick it up. When they picked it up they told me they would do the "super dooper" cleaning/deodorizing, etc. for an extra $50 and I told them ok. When the rug was returned to me the stain was still on it. I asked them about the bleaching and they told me they couldn't do it. When I asked them about replacing the fringe they told me it was an additional $150. My total cost to receive my stained rug back close to $300. I will never use them again.
