Wow. I got a call this morning from my tenant with a broken washer. I googled for a repair service in SF, found Noel Appliance with good reviews on yelp, called and left a phone message. In minutes, he called back and was available to go directly to the apt or would be willing for a next morning appt. Extremely polite, reliable, and knows his stuff -- he showed me the worn part, guaranteed his work for 90 days and given the washer is old, said he didn't like surprises and wanted to alert me that the transmission could go wrong in the future BUT he would credit me a portion of today's repair. I can't be more delighted -- and surprised, frankly -- to find a reasonably priced and honest repair service. I will use no other for my rental or my own home, for that matter. He quoted price estimates over the phone once he knew the washer model. Amazing!

After a thoroughly frustrating week trying to get Sears out to repair my washing machine, Noel Appliances came through beautifully, and on the same day I placed the call! My washer was repaired immediately, and I was given a 90-day guarantee on the work. My experience could not have been more positive.

talk about Promt and Reliable Service ! I called Noel and asked on his advice for having my 16 year old Maytag washer fixed....he told me that he can come and have a look and see if it is worth fixing ...he diagnosed that the issue would be un-economical and suggested that I purchase a new washer instead ..I agreed . He quickly went off and came back within 1 Hour and Installed my new washer from his inventory and removed my old unit ..I have since referred him to several neighbors and family members and they are all happy w/ his service ..he works exclusively on Washers and Dryers Folks ..I highly reccoment Noel Appliance LLC
