For relaxation, we will focus on releasing your over-tight muscles and calming your nervous system. Whether you like gentle touch or deep tissue, my relaxation massage will help you zone out and forget your worries. For pain and injury, your massage will be goal-oriented, result-based, corrective therapy. I get consistent and measurable results for my clients, including reducing and eliminating pain; accelerated injury healing; correcting postural distortions (such as scoliosis; head forward posture, or stooping over); and increasing your flexibility.
