I decided to work with BQ because of their Angie's List ratings and reviews...what a mistake! Work is shoddy at best. It's been 6 months & it's still not resolved! You get the run around when trying to hold them accountable to put the customer first and get quality of work. What a rip off! Avoid them!!

BQ Basement Systems is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with

My experience with this company was awful. They quoted us a price for the product we wanted to install, but when the man came to install the sump pump, he told us that if we wanted the liner for the pump it would be over $1000.00 more. The salesman we initially spoke told us that the pump and liner were one piece and both parts were included in the price quote. When we called the company about the matter, they told us that they would call us back. It has been two weeks and they haven't called or returned our calls. Their bait and switch tactics definitely will prevent us from using them or recommending them to anyone in the future.
