this place SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I was very embarrassed that I brought my friends there. We were told about the minimum per person but there was no word over the phone about the 2 hour limit. Very sleazy way to run a business. Sitting by the entrance door and watching reactions of other people who made reservations in advance, it was easy to conclude that not telling about the two hour limit over the phone was not an unintentional mishap, but rather the restaurant's ordinary practice. Over the first few minutes, music was bad (felt like a 1988 high school reunion) but it was manageable to have a conversation without shouting into each others' ears. That changed in a very short period of time when music continued to be equally bad but this time so loud that I felt glasses were dancing on our table. In the middle of our meal with food on our plates and few whole chunks of meat left on the serving dish, our ignorant and rude waitress picks up the tray (without asking if we were done) and starts leaving the table.

Best Hookah in NYC without any discussion
I'm new in New York city, and i have been trying too many hookah places in the city and queens, and i never been satisfied, untill i found Horus cafe, this place has the best hookah no doubt on it. for the first time after trying too many hookahs all over new york, i didn't get disappointed, and i'm happy now that i found the best hookah place in new york, and this will be my shisha place fron now on. If you really know about smoking hookah and you can make the difference between a perfect hookah and bad hookah that's the place. The best hookah no doubt.
Pros: Hoooooooooookah

Amazing Hookah Bar
I heard so many good stuff about this hookah bar/ restarant from my friends who hung out there, and i decided to take my husband and go there have a romantic dinner, drinks and somke some hookah, and it was a real nice experience, we really enjoy it and we are willing to come back. Thanks for making us feel special that night :)

Good hookahs, rest is unacceptable
A horrible name, bad service, watery drinks, decent hookahs and over-snobby would be a good summary of this hookah cafe. The hookahs are not cheap as it is in many hookah bars, coal is replenished frequently and aluminum wrapping makes sure that the hookah maintains optimum burn. Having managed a hookah cafe myself, I was impressed.
However, the Sangria pitcher that accompanied our hookahs could be described most accurately as "watery" and our waiter spilled a whole glass of our drink on one of my friends. We expected her to replace the drink she knocked over immediately but she chose to offer a vague apology for spilling a 12$ drink. Further, when I was walking to the bathroom, I was literally pushed by a waiter who was rushing coal to one of the tables. Frankly, I thought somebody punched me when i was struck. but then it appeared to me that the it was a waiter.
I believe the manager should realize that providing a good experience extends beyond providing good hookah's. Like I said, hookah's were really good, but we were very disappointed by the time we left. No wonder why they add "service charge" to the bills automatically rather than letting you tip them.
Pros: good hookahs
Cons: horrible service, bad waiters
