why do things have to be so difficult? i hate not getting what i pay for; especially in today's economy, if I decide to splurge for an evening of being driven I definately want to get the right service. Not using this company EVER AGAIN. I was shocked at the lateness and carelessness of the driver as well as the owner who acted as if this is not a big deal.

Executive Town Car Service in San Diego is a really professional and efficient limo service. These guys are the real deal. I recommended them to all my friends. Check this out , $54 San Diego Airport to downtown! Last year, I used Carry limo (once), they charged me around $100 to get from San Diego Lindbergh Field ; are you kidding me? There is no difference in service between those to limousine companies. They are both very professional but when it comes to costs, Executive will always be my choice. Thanks!

This has had to be by far the worst experience ever and believe me I have plenty for comparison. wish i could have gotten away without even giving the one star, had a reservation for yesterday to go to the airport, yes i know that the rain causes delays but at the same time i also know that as a professional driver you would give yourself extra time to arrive on time. the driver showed up 35 min late then on the way to the airport to try to make up the time starts speeding, the phone kept ringing of the hook as he was behind schedule and other customers were calling with complaints. i made a comment for him to stop answering calls until he dropped me off. not about to jeopardize my safety/life for you to book an extra trip. either get a dispatcher or more drivers. NOT USING YOUR SERVICES EVER AGAIN.

I was visibly upset and arrived late for a dinner with friends so needless to say will not call them again. Horrible Customer Service. My time is valuable and I dislike making people wait so this company is not for me.\r
Just noticed that this guy is marking negative reviews as spam - including mine. By no means is my review a spam; it is my personal opinion based on the experience I had with this company. When providing service it is definately difficult to please all customers although I have seen companies strive on excellent customer service and achieve. This guy seems so concerned about the reviews with viewer stars when instead he should take these into consideration and improve.

I would think that when a service company messes up at least they would somehow like to make it up; well not this company; they simply let you go to vmail. Decided to give them another try as when I complained to their main office I was told that they will release the ""bad driver""; this time topped the icing on the cake as upon arrival at the airport I find the same driver picking me up, driving slow he then proceeded to accept telephone calls and booking orders/writing information. ETCS completely ruined it for me that day and ofcourse I was super late, I got another company to take care of me and then was shocked to get my credit card statement to see that he had the audacity to charge my card; it cost me time and aggravation but ofcourse I disputed the charges. Horrible Customer Service and actually the second company I called had better pricing. Good Luck but don't bother with this guy.

I used this company on my birthday. The driver showed up before sheduled time, was very polite and attentive. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend their services. I have been using this service for the past year and have never had any issues. The driver always shows us before scheduled time and follows up with a courtesy phone call to let me know he is waiting. The cars are always clean and the drivers are always well dressed and polite. The driver always shows us before scheduled time and follows up with a courtesy phone call to let me know he is waiting. The cars are always clean and the drivers are always well dressed and polite. I am glad I opened an account with them.

Poor service. Arrived 20 minutes late causing me to rush after my arrival at the airport. The driver was very casual about the situation even after I told him he was 20 minutes late. I do not recommend this service if reliability is your main concern or if you're traveling on business. Very disappointed.

I travel regularly, and often fly out very early in the morning. I sleep soundly the night before when I've made my reservation with Executive Town Car Service - from my many trips with them, I know the driver will be downstairs at least 10 minutes before my pick-up time, and will call me a few minutes ahead to let me know he's ready to go. That peace-of-mind really makes a difference vs. having to track down a cab or wondering about whether the car is going to show up.
