I scheduled an extensive clean + carpet shampoo last week, because my place was super dirty and I wanted a really thorough job. My place is large so I was surprised when the women who came to clean were done in 2.5 hrs. Turns out the job was not quite so thorough.

I would expect that even with the normal, non-"extensive" clean that surfaces like my bedside tables, coffee table, and televisions would be dusted and wiped down, but none of this was done. I also specifically asked that my kitchen cabinet doors be wiped down, and this was not done either. Since I chose the more expensive cleaning option, I'd hate to see the normal clean. I will say that what was cleaned was done very well.

The carpet shampoo was OK, not great, and when I pointed out a big stain that needed particular attention he said it would come out no problem, then told me when he left that he couldn't get it out. I took Resolve High Traffic spray to the stain this morning and it was gone in two minutes.

Though Little Helpers seems dependable and good, I'm surprised they were voted best cleaning service since my experience was that they do not go the extra mile to please the client.

Having used a number of Chicago cleaning services in the past, I expected more of the same when I contacted Little Helpers. Was I wrong. What a refreshing difference. I ordered an extensive cleaning package to help get my home in order after a hectic summer. I placed my order on line and they arrived at my home right on time. The two maids were friendly and professional. They were very attentive to details and were willing to accommodate all of my requests. They used green products and brought all of their own materials. I also took advantage of their carpet cleaning special. About an hour before the maids were to finish, the carpet cleaner came in and started work. There were a couple of spots on the carpet in my childs room that we could never seem to get out. When the carpet cleaner left, the carpet looked like new. Gone are the days when I had to prepare for my cleaning service by going shopping to buy supplies. I can tell you that my home has never looked so clean. I cannot say enough about Little Helpers. I now receive cleaning every other week from them. They are a class act. I highly recommend Little Helpers.

I also called Little Helpers to help assemble a desk I had purchased from Office Max. Their furniture assembler was professional and resourceful and did an excellent job.

I had my house cleaned the other day and I am amazed at everything they got cleaned. I dont get to scrub and clean behind or under things. I would tell people to let Little Helpers do the heavy cleaning. Thank you.

I requested and paid for a Extensive Maid Service. Not only was the maid there for a short time, maybe 2 and half hours, there was no sign of a maids being in my home.
It should have been the easiest job ever, I had picked up and done surface cleaning the night before, all I needed was the services described for a "deep cleaning." Nothing was dusted, forget about the baseboards and outlet covers (what I really needed done).

None of our tables our desks had been wiped down and I couldn't find some of my linens for weeks. I basically got a $150 vacuum job. I contacted the owner for at least a partial refund, they were useless and said that they usually send the company back and refused to refund anything. Um... no thanks I don't need lazy angry maids in my home.

I live in a condo association and have trees, plants and grass all around our area. We always have small dead leaves and the cement is dark from the rain and mud. Little Helpers power washed our side walks, cat walks and dont have mud stains any more on the side walks. The concrete is lighter, cleaner and brighter. It almost looks like the cement was replaced. They also perform grounds keeping for us. I recommend using this company to brighten your sidewalks and cleaning your land. Nice work guys.
