WOW!!! 
I am in Dallas. I needed someone that could take the modified computer I had shipped to my Austin location, set it up and make it so that I could access it remotely. Nervously, I called Alex and asked him if this was something he was willing to take on. Not only was he willing...he was able to be there THAT DAY (I was expecting to have to wait several days). Alex arrived, opened the boxes and connected up all the parts (computer, router and DSL). Then came the conference calls between Alex, myself and AT&T (new DSL service) and then my IT person (St. Louis).Alex handled all the obstacles as if they were child's play.Listening in to the conversations between Alex and AT&T and then my IT person - was amazing.Knowledgeable, Efficient, Very Reasonable Price, Quick Response... what are you waiting for? CALL HIM...

Solid Support
I called Alex based on the other reviews and I'm glad I did. Alex was on-time and called before arriving (as he said he would). He fixed the issue in 30 minutes and spent the remainder of the hour helping me with a few other issues that I didn't even plan on addressing, but heck, we had the time since he accomplished his goal so quickly! I highly recommend Alex and will use him for any and all IT issues. I did try another company before calling Alex and the experience was miserable at best. Alex was a relief.

Friendly tech service with MOBILE store! WOW!!
Alex came to my home in specified time. He is very neat and friendly technician. I am glad he is taking time to talk to me with pen and papers since I am Deaf. He answers with honest and brief. He petted my cats, (dragonfly and Foxy) like he used to own pets. Every time I have a question to ask him about my laptop problem. He replied swiftly. I am glad to find him and his business on citysearch website. I would recommend him to all of my friends and families who have problem with tech stuff. THANK YOU KINDLY Sir, Alex!

IT Solutions
After trying other computer repair services who charged two to three times the price and still did not provide me with a working computer; AustinTechs South was recommended by a networking friend.
AustinTechs South provided quick pick up/delivery service and informative on site answers and solutions! My laptop now sincs with all my other business systems. I am able to stay on top off business while I am away from the office.
Thank you Alex. Outsourcing our IT needs to your company benefits my business and relieves a lot of stress. I highly recommend AustinTechs South!

Excellent IT Outsource Service and Repair in the Austin Area

Great service!!!
Alex arrived the same day I called for help (the Friday before Easter!) and did a great job repairing both my laptop and desktop computers. He was very friendly and prompt, as well as helpful and instructive. I highly recommend this company!!!
