I needed someone that could take the modified computer I had shipped to my Austin location, set it up and make it so that I could access it remotely. Nervously, I called Alex and asked him if this was something he was willing to take on. Not only was he willing...he was able to be there THAT DAY (I was expecting to have to wait several days). Alex arrived, opened the boxes and connected up all the parts (computer, router and DSL). Then came the conference calls between Alex, myself and AT&amp;T (new DSL service) and then my IT person (St. Louis).Alex handled all the obstacles as if they were child's play.Listening in to the conversations between Alex and AT&amp;T and then my IT person - was amazing.Knowledgeable, Efficient, Very Reasonable Price, Quick Response... what are you waiting for?
