I got a facial to clear out my blackheads and my eyebrows done. She did a great job on both-- I have had some bad eyebrow experiences. She really tried to do a good job and definetly succeeded. I'll be back for another as soon as time allows. :)

Soothe is a tiny little place without a heap of frills but fabulously warm staff without pretensions! I've gone to an acupuncturist there, had facials, waxing and massage. The facials actually feel like massages and the massages feel like I never want to peel myself off the table ever again. Best hot stone massage ever and fabulous at the regular stuff too. I'm uber picky, but kind to worker bees mind you, and appreciate the simplicity and authentic approach they offer. Just tea and water, no fanciness but quality treatment.

I haven't actually been to Soothe, but I've had several lovely massages from Joan who works there. She's quite skilled at finding the tricky spots on my body, gave me a good Shiatsu a while back, and most recently gave me a great prenatal massage with lots of pillows. She's really good at feet and shoulders too! That and she has a warm and caring personality that comes through in her work! I'm seeing her again this week.

I felt like we were friends the moment I walked in the door! London was extremely welcoming, very interested in me and what I was hoping to get out of my facial. She has a great touch and the products she used smelled and felt wonderful! The whole experience was a joy. I highly recommend London Elise and her shop Soothe =)

Not only does London have magic hands, she has open ears that listen to your needs & concerns & then addresses them accordingly. I've had some bad massage experiences, but my time with London is a pleasure & I leave wishing it never ended! Do yourself a favor & book an appointment with London.. but not too soon, I need to get in there! haha.

If you want to feel good and look good, go to London. She immediately makes you feel at ease and has a warm aura about her. After the treatment, I felt lighter and fresher. Totally an experience to treat yourself to, especially if you're craving some detox from the grind.

I think that I've tried almost every service that London has to offer (from life coaching, massage, tarot, facials, to massage). I always look forward to our appointments and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I'm fortunate to consider London a friend as well as a care giver. She kicks butt and inspires me to be more powerful myself. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment now!

I've been going to London for over 2 years now and she never ceases to amaze me! Great massages incorporating depth with nurturing. London is the best at reading your mood, your situation, remembering nuances about your personality and incorporating all of this into a healing, soothing, restorative experience for you. She started as my masseuse, moved on to my Esthetician, then I trusted her with my waxing needs and now she has become my inspirational life coach! It's a treat to visit her, not just for the services she provides, but because she's just a delight to be around. There are angels roaming around on earth and London Elise is one of them! I believe her quote the last time I made an appointment was, "I'm sooo going to spoil you!" What more could a girl want?

I put it off for too long and was in desperate need of some pampering. London Elise was my portal to relaxation and rejuvination. Not only are her massages deep and invigorating, her facials purifying yet relaxing, but her spirit is a joy to be around, and the environment she's created is incredibly peaceful and nurtuting.

I loved the Jing facial, a massage and facial combo which, at $95 for 90 inutes, is impossible to resist. London is really a gem, and I feel fortunate to have found such a healing presence for the upkeep of my body and soul.

I was just looking for a nearby spot for my monthly bikini wax when I found London on citysearch. When I read she was trained as a life coach, I thought she might be overqualified for my basic bikini needs. She was a skilled aesthetician, very conscientious of my comfort, very invested in minimizing pain, and most importantly, we had an engaging (and therefore distracting) conversation during the procedure.
I can't wait to go back for the facials and massages that she is so well known for.

I have rosea so I'm always nervous to get a facial. London knew just what to use to give me a fabulous facial and keep my skin calm. I also had a neck massage that felt wonderful and alleviated the crink I woke up with.

I started going to London several years ago, and she is a treasure. She is approachable, warm, knows her skincare and tells you the truth about your skin, products, etc. She is also a delightful person who I always enjoy spending my pamper time with. I would run, not walk to your phone to book an appointment.

London is an exceptional esthethician. Her knowledge of skin care and healing arts never fails to amaze me. The setting is lovely and relaxing, and London is one of the warmest, most inspiring women I have yet to meet. I always leave our appointments feeling renewed and grounded, even if I've only been there for eyebrow shaping (which, thanks to her, I now do every three weeks religiously). Both facials and massage are wonderful, and I'm looking forward to trying both in a 2-hour session, her Synethesia treatment. Rates are extremely reasonable.

In short, London rocks! Go see her immediately! :-)

London caters to a local, relaxed and familiar atmosphere, unlike the many impersonal solons out there. I always feel 100% at home and welcomed. I look forward to my next vist! Yay!

As a chef, I develop quite a bit of knots that need a strong touch to work out. London finds the areas that need work and doesn't give up until the knots and kinks and all other pains surrender. London has the perfect touch so that you leave after a session with her feeling completely relaxed, calmed and at peace with the world. The atmosphere itself is healing but just wait until London gets her hands on you. She's the best I've found in the Bay Area!

My boyfriend has not stopped touching my face since I got home from my facial and massage! London Elise is hands down the best esthetician/massage therapist I have ever gone to see. She is talented and caring and makes you feel like you are the only client on the planet. I had the 2 hour Synesthesia facial/massage and paid half of what you would expect in the city. She uses amazing skin products like the WatersDeCarlo line and tailors everything to your needs. I would HIGHLY recommend her - I have become a customer for life!

Don't put it off another minute! Treat yourself to a trip to London's for a facial. London is such a warm and personable person, you'll feel instantly at home. She is totally good at what she does, and loves her job, so your skin is in the best of hands. She does amazing eyebrow shaping, too! You'll love how glowy you are when you leave!

I have been a client of London's for 5 years. She is a skilled and experienced aesthetician, with her own formulations designed specifically for my skin type and conditions. My face feels more healthy and relaxed; I have fewer breakouts since I started seeing her.

London is also the hands down (no pun intended) the BEST massage therapist I have ever had - a masseuse who can do deep tissue massage, yet is sensitive and intuitive. My big problem area is my shoulders and neck; most massage therapists spend the "usual" time there before moving on to their the rest of their rote routine. London spends at least half the session on my problem areas. Of course, she does not give short shrift to the rest of my body. However her understanding of how to heal my body and her attention, focus, skill and intuitive touch are an amazing combination!

London Ellis was a dream come true. She is an exceptional talent who truly loves which she does, which in return means you will love every minute of your service. I had the Jing facial, a 90 minute facial that included a light body massage. London took the time to discover my needs and what would make me happy. She designed my facial based on my favorite scents, furthering my state of bliss. Her hands are worth gold, with in five minutes I was in a deep state of unbelievable happiness. She is the best when it comes to extractions, barely felt them!! When you need to de-stress, beautify and feel good all over, London is the only answer.

I've been receiving massages and treatments for about five years now in SF from all sorts of CMTs, but none of them have compared to the incredibly relaxing and fullfilling treatments I've received from London. The atmosphere is professional, yet truly tranquil. She carries a wide array of products and offers (and is highly skilled in) numerous types of treatments and massages. She could easily charge twice as much and you would still be ecstatic!

Ok, when my fiancee wanted me to have a facial and a brow wax, I thought she was nutty. She got me a gift certificate from London and made me go against every super-macho instinct I had. As it turns out, I liked it a lot. London was fabulous, explaining what she was doing (exfoliating and whatnot), and making me really comfortable during the whole process. And the shoulder massage at the end was incredible! So, sign up now boys for some sanctioned grooming!

I am very picky when it comes to beauty type services such as massage, facial, waxing, etc. I can honestly recommend London Elise with 10 out of 10 stars. The atmosphere she creates, and warmth and nurture she brings make her services outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend London to anyone.

London is an exceptionally skilled healer. Within moments the tranquil surroundings and scented atmosphere whisk you away for some much needed TLC. Her facials are superb and I am especially weak-kneed about her massages, WOW, she can really sense the exact knots and unwind you in a way that will leave you walking away on clouds. I've recommended her HIGHLY to everyone I know.
