The only reason I am writing this is WARN others!!! I read the bad review on this company before I called, but I said its only one, what the hell I need my car keys replaced..Called, spoke with a rep, I asked him for a esimate, he told me that it would be 160max for everything, I even informed him about the bad review I read, and he assured me the price was not going to be more than 160$, when the service smith got here he told me it would cost me around 220! I said, the guy assured me it would be no more than 160, so thats ok you can go! He says well with this type of car, its gonna cost more, EVEN thou he KNEW my make and model before he even got here!!!Then he says well what do you have on you, I say, 170! He says okay I will do it for that then, and takes the money!!! ONLY reason I paid him was because it was freezy cold and I needed to get around that evening! STAY AWAY>>>HIDDEN FEES>>>>
Pros: My car keys were replaced
Cons: They lied about the prices and fees...

Worst customer service experience I've ever had

Called and requested a quote for lock change services. When the technician arrived, the price per lock change DOUBLED. In addition, he added a $50 service call fee that was not listed in the original quote.
When I called to request clarification, the customer service supervisor informed me that the original quoted price was never given, and I was lying about the conversation having taken place. Her only response was that they don't give quotes over the phone, and there were no notes in the system. When I asked to speak to a manager, the supervisor informed me that there wasn't one.
My experience bordered on fraud. I would never recommend service from this provider.
Cons: Quoted one price, charged me double, added a fee.
