I have a Fujitsu A6120 Lifebook and had problem with the fan for 3 months.
It made a terrible noise and living in Amsterdam (Europe) i called
Fujitsu Europe to have it fix.
They could not help me cause i bought the Fujitsu in the USA.
I called several repair centers in The Netherlands and they all said
we are going to try to fix it and it might take up to two weeks .
Since i was going to in New York for thanksgiving i thought i might repair
it NYC. I googled laptop repair and Laptop MD popped up and for some reason
i had a good feeling about it.
After my arrival i went to Laptop MD and told them about my problem and that
i would return to europe within a week.
No problem,it would be ready within 3 days .
I could not believe my ears when i called the next day and the guy told me
your Laptop is fixed.I am very satisfied with service of Laptop MD and my laptop runs

So I work in publishing, and all of the sudden my external Hard Drive had something broken off. I think it was where you plug in the electrical thing. ANYWAYS long story short I had something due and I needed the drive fixed right away - there was this mixed Asian looking guy that was SO HOT. I decided to write a review while I was waiting for my data in their office. If you have something broke that's computer related go see them, they're semi reasonable - but if you have time just to stop by as an excuse - GO SEE THE ASIAN TECH THERE - I'll refrain from typing his name here because I wouldn't want to get him in trouble - but feel free if he's working on your computer on one side of the office, to go use their free computer next to the couch, enjoy the view and I'm not talking about the windows!!!
PS and if you mention that your going to write a review in their office sometimes they give you a 10% discount.
Pros: Nice techs, HOT customer people
Cons: Um... you have to deal with everyone else.

Thank you Laptop Medic. Truly your customer forever. My dog pulled on a cord and my new Sony dropped from my desk. Cracked lcd and screen hanging by one hinge. I went through 5 places, and 3 big names stores. No luck. When I called them, I had a tech on-site within 2 hours, and my laptop was back the next day, in a mint condition. And all that for less then half a price of buying a new laptop. Great service. Thank you guys. Highly recommend.

I have a Toshiba laptop. I'm not tech savvy, but the customer service here is SO top notch, that ever repair or fix that I needed to get done was always explained in lamens terms to me. I always knew exactly what I was paying for and exactly what was being done to my machine. KUDOS to laptop md.

My comp died in the middle of a workday last week, I think it was a tuesday. I needed my computer ASAP because I had important documents awaiting submission. My boss was on my tail because I didn't back up my data. Well, I brought it in and not only did they get me up and running in a couple hours, they backed up my data too on a DVD. Thanks guys

Take it from a native New Yorker, it always seems like EVERYONE is out to get you. From car mechanics to plumbers, it's like everyone thinks they deserve to make a GAZILLION dollars an hour. So my computer goes on the FRITZ and I was in the middle of a BID ON EBAY. (Which I lost...) I bring these guys my computer, thinking they were going to snow me with all sorts of computer jargon. Surprise surprise.... they fixed my computer on the spot. As it turns out I was just missing some file needed to operate windows. Flat rate of 185 and they upgraded me from windows XP to vista. Thanks guys, I'll come back again.

I had a big project to do for school. I needed my laptop on Martin Luther King Jr. day in order to write my reports and what not. My mom told me that I should get my report done early so I could go out with my friends later. Well, I procrastinated as usual, but around 12 in the afternoon, my laptop literally DIED!!! I called around to see who was open on the holidays and the only people that picked up the phone was laptop Medic. They were GREAT, they got my computer up and running the same day. TY

i cant be apart from my comp - I had a broken key board with keys MISSING!!! and the enter button didn't even work. They got my comp back to me in an HOUR TY

I would like to thank-you all for your skills in the rapid repair of my laptop. From initial contact via your website, to you calling me, was a mere 10 minutes. Absolutely superb.
I really appreciated the way I was kept informed, (via telephone) as to the state of play, (communication wins 90% of battles) with my machine.
The after sales service/repair is beyond reproach. I will, without a shadow of a doubt, reccommend your company to anyone in my business, that have computer problems.

MY APPLE G4 POWER BOOK WENT OUT IN A MIDDLE OF MY WOR DAY. I BROUGHT IT TO AN AUTHORIZED APPLE REPAIR CENTER. NEXT DAY, I WAS QUOTED $1200 TO REPLACE THE SYSTEM BOARD. I CALLED GLOBAL PC FOR A SECOND OPINION. I HAD MY LAPTOP FIXED UNDER 6 HOURS, DELIVERED TO MY DOOR AND ALL THIS FOR $500 TOTALL. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY DID IT, BUT THEY DID IT. HIGLY RECOMMENDED.
