My moving experience was EXCELLENT! I I , Seamens Moving crew worked fast , and were extremely fast and efficient. They wrapped & packed all of my things beautifully, and loaded it ,in very short time . and I was very impressed at how organized they were . overall i was 100% happy with the service and the rate !!! Thought I was in for a good moving experience but I was foolish to think so. These guys were untrustworthy, and did not deliver as promised. I received poor service from the supervisor on the phone when I called to complain. He was extremely unprofessional and beligerent. I would not recommend them at all.

The move crew arrived early and began work promptly . Everything was great. I know it was hard with all the stairs and the long carry but seamens crew did it. . They were all great, professional, and QUICK.

They moved me out of my fully furnished three bed room apt , and I was amazed by their service. the move turned out , to be slightly less , than , what was estimated !!! I was highly impressed with the seamens moving staff . professional packing and wrapping . professionals all the way , amazing service , well done , highly recommended moving company , Will definitely call you guys again. I was very pleased with the service, I trusted the foreman and the entire crew. I had them pack up my stuff and move it. The whole thing took two long days. I was moving from NYC to the suburbs. Due to a local traffic problem, they were unable to park in front of the building. This resulted in the need for extra men in order to get the job done in a timely fashion. I was not charged for the extra men, nor for the extra time it took to sort out how to handle the traffic problem. Everything went really well until it came time for the tip. I have never been told how much to tip before, I thought a tip was voluntary. I like to be generous, so I had done research on this ahead of time and generally found that one tips per person (anywhere from $20-$40 per person). When I did this, the foreman told me that it is customary to tip 15% of the entire bill. This came out to be several hundred dollars more than I was planning. The whole thing left me feeling as if I had been swindled. I suppose I could have just refused, but if this is truly customary, I wanted to show my appreciation since they did do a good job. However, I have never heard of such a thing with moving companies.

Great job & Excellent Service, They did a great job wrapping our antique furniture, moving everything in the house with care. They were extremely courteous and efficient. Everything was very well packed and has arrived in fine condition. The experience was stress free and believe it or not absolutely pleasant. They worked hard and moved us out of our home on time.

Four guys showed up. One guy (the foreman) really worked, the other three just sort of hung around, doing everything as slowly as possible. Two of them looked high. They will take FOREVER to wrap your things. Even the things you don't want them to wrap.

They will make your move very stress free, and they are polite, hard-working, and simply the best moving company around. Ask for Alon for your move. They probably won't be the least expensive, but they are worth a bit more for your peace of mind. A couple of surprises came up during my move, and the guys took it all in stride and they let me know that it wasn't my problem. I would only use these guys in the future.
