This Branch is one of the worst branches around Howard beach..A teller by the name of Marcia Chandra is the most rude and aggressive personal i have ever meet.. she was not helpful at all and was very demanding... the service was very bad and i made my last visit in a few days ago and its the last i would never visit that Branch again. With individuals of that sort our economy will continue to fail. i am even thinking about closing out my checking and saving accounts and also i have several friends that want to do the same due to this service especially from that individual.
