Great job by Terry at Carpet Drycleaning. Arrived early, worked fast and worked wonders on my stinky couches! If you have pet stains, they are who you want to call. In my experience, steam cleaning does not help with pet stains like this system does.

I also used Carpet Dry Cleaning a few years ago on a mattress. I called them back again this time for the couches. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I love this company. We are an all natural family so the product being organic and environmantal friendly is a bonus. The men cleaning our carpets were very polite and very hard working. They cleaned out couches, playroom and stairs. I have 3 crazy and messy kids. I never thought they could make our playroom as clean as they did! Our couches look brand new again. Our stairs looks as if we put in new carpet. They may not be the cheapest in town, however I do believe they will provide the best service for your buck!!!

I never thought something dry could clean our carpet. We had a disgusting stain on our white berber carpet in front of our couch. It almost looked like we had spilled black coffee in a 3 ft. x 2 ft. area. It was really 4 years of pets and kids. They actually got the stain out! And we could walk on it right away and the kids and pets could go on it without us having to worry about chemicals. And it smelled good, sort of a citrus scent. We've used them since and highly recommend them!

We called, they scheduled,they came, and they cleaned. I was a carpet cleaner for a bit, and I never got these results. The "magic powder" works great.

Carpet DryClean did a fabulous job on my carpets. They responded promptly to my inquiry. When they arrived (on time) to my home, they demonstrated the process in a stained area of my carpet before I agreed to have the work done. The technicians were very professional and pleasant. My off white carpet looks almost like new. The process removed the pet stains and high traffic area stains. I could walk on the carpets almost immediately. I am very pleased and will have them back again.

We just moved into our first home in Clayton, NC. On the recommendation of a family member, we called Carpet DryClean. They were able to clean our carpets before we moved in. They gave us a demonstration before cleaning the carpet and we were thoroughly impressed by their care and concern. And the results were AMAZING! We had our carpets cleaned for the first time in 3 years, and they look wonderful!!! We didn't have high hopes given it had been so long. Jose and Fernando were extremely polite and professional, and worked hard. It turned out to be a 4 hour job and they worked the whole time. We added furniture to the list of things to be cleaned, and they didn't have any problem with it. Our carpets looked brand new after they were done--I truly haven't had such a good result before. I also appreciated they were dry right away. I wanted organic cleaning, because of my infant son. The only problem is the odor of the dry powder was very, very caustic. It made me cough and my eyes burn. I had to leave the house with my son, and my husband stayed behind and sat outside. That being said, I still would hire them again. I would just make arrangements to not be in the house. We also vaccuumed one more time after they left, just to get more of the powder out, which helped tremendously. Overall a truly wonderful result, just would have liked to be prepared for the odor.

Excellent cleaning results. Coffee stains removed as well as other stubborn ones that seemed to creep back over time. . The team showed up a bit late for the job, and to compensate cleaned the equivalent of an extra room for no charge. Loved not having wet carpet for more than a day, and having to use plastic and stryofoam protectors. As soon as they were done, the furniture could go right back.

I have owned a dozen homes in four states and this is the best carpet service ANYWHERE!
It is quick, fast, the people are nice and make every effort to be sure we are happy. They did the job for what we were told and they did a nice job. The owner called after they left to make sure that we were satisfied.
We will use them again when we are ready to do our spring cleaning and will use them every spring.

I called A & A Organic Carpet Dryclean yesterday and they were able to come out to my house, on time and do a wonderful job of cleaning my carpet today! I had my doubts about a particular traffic area right inside the backdoor where my dogs come in and out but, Miguel was able to get the carpet looking like new. He was very curteous and professional and did a good job of explaining the process. I found Miguel Polo to be friendly and wouldn't hesitate to have him back in my home. He has a solid work ethic and goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The carpet looks wonderful. Thank you so much.

This was the first time I used A&A, but the it was a great experience. The initial call to set up the appointment proved to me that they are professional, courteous, and strive for high customer service. I was able to make the appointment for the specific day I wanted. They called me first thing that morning to confirm the appointment and they arrived right on time. Jose gave a demonstration on a heavily soiled area before proceeding. When I gave him the go-ahead, he gave me a quote for the rest of the house (which was very similar to the quote I received over the phone). My carpet looks fantastic! They got out ALL of the stains (and I have a puppy, so there were a lot!) and my carpet is fluffed and new-looking. I will definitely use them again!

This was my first experience with A & A Organic and right away they impressed me. I was able to get an appointment immediately. Miguel came over the next afternoon and made sure I knew how the process worked and even gave me a demonstration before asking me if I wanted him to continue. I liked the fact that it was organic and non- toxic to animals or humans. It also had a pleasant smell and required no drying time. Miguel was very professional and careful with my furniture. His team worked quickly and cleaned up after it was all done. When they left, my carpet was clean, dry and looking spotless. I would highly recommend them and will definately use them again.

Carpet DryClean cleaned our carpets last weekend. We were very pleased with the service and results. They arrived on time, and did a careful review of our carpet's problem areas. I was comfortable having the 3-man cleaning team unsupervised in my home. They paid attention to detail, and re-cleaned a few areas when requested. The cleaning product did leave the carpets dry, and also with a fresh, light scent. We had some tough stains in the carpet, and almost all were removed. Those that weren't removed have been significantly lightened. I would definitely recommend Carpet DryClean.

I was contacted in advance to confirm the appointment and given an estimated time of arrival for the cleaner to arrive. After explaining what i needed done he wasted no time in getting me an estimate and explaining the procedure to me. Miguel was fast and hard working. After the work was completed i was amazed at how well the carpet looked considering i had a really tough stain that i had tried to get out for six months. i would highly reccomend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend A&A Organic Carpet Dry Cleaning! They arrived in the time slot they said they would, and the two men who came to clean our carpet were very courteous and professional. They moved our coffee table and dining room table for us, and everything was completely dry when they left. The last time our carpets had been cleaned was by a steam cleaner over a year before, so we had quite a few stains and spots. Our carpets look incredible, and everything smells so clean and fresh. The price was inline with the phone estimate.

The owner called to confirm and set a 30min arrival window, which was met and called at the end of the day to make sure I was satisfied. Ferdi and Abe were a true professional team. I had a reclining sofa and love seat cleaned and disinfected because my dog loves to get on the furniture. They were curteous and thorough with the application of the cleaning agent and extraction process. Included were the 4 throw pillows and arm rest protectors in the estimated price. I will now make cleaning my upholstery part of my spring cleaning to make them look and smell better. Part of my former profession was carpet cleaning using a dry foam method. In my opinion A&A Organic Carpets method is just as good if not better in cleaning and disinfecting, without leaving anything damp even for alittle while.

This is our second time having A&A Organic Carpet DryClean clean our carpet. Both times, they did an AWESOME job!!! They were on time, friendly, and quick. They were able to easily remove stains that we thought would be very difficult ... and when they left the carpet was DRY ... awesome. They did not solict their products as other carpet cleaning services do; INSTEAD they gave us a free container of their solution for spot cleaning. I would highly recommend them to anyone ... especially those with children.

These gentlemen were on time. The demonstration took care of my worst spot! It was relatively quick and I could walk on the floors immediately after they finished! I highly recommend because this took care of spots and revitalized the good areas.

We have used A & A Carpet Dryclean for about 3 years now and have been satisfied with them. We like the fact that they use organic materials to clean with because we have small children. We also like that we can stay at home and not worry about getting our feet wet right after they have cleaned an area. Have them test a large spot and you will want your whole house done.

The technicians were very happy to explain how the process works and why it is better than using water. They worked until all the stains on the kitchen runners were gone and then cleaned the wood floor of all the powder and left my house without a. trace. The wool runners are very clean and I could use the kitchen immediatly. I will call on their services again in the future.

I did not know you could get your carpet and furniture dry-cleaned until I looked on citysearch and found this company. I have to say that they did an excellent job. They were courteous, and professional. Everything looks emaculate and best of all I could walk on my carpet and sit on my furniture immediately because everything was dry, not like the last time I had it done when it seemed it took days to dry. I Highly Recommend this company.

AWESOME, AWESOME, AWESOME. This is by far the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. My carpets have never looked so good. The crew was on time, professional, and knowledgeable. Best of all the carpet was left DRY, not soaking wet like the last time I had it done. They also did a great job on my sofa and mattress too. I highly recommend this company.
