This is a breakfast and lunch restaurant at the Westin Seattle. I arrived at the Westin Monday and have eaten at the Coldwater Bar & Grill about every day. We're running a meeting here and there isn't much time to go out for meals - this is not a problem here at the Westin. You will find anything you want for breakfast or lunch here - food is delicious and service great.

We came to Coldwater Grill thinking that it would make for a great birthday dinner for me. My husband made reservations the night of my birthday. We both order the Seared Ahi and it tasted like they just thawed the fish and threw in a pan

Pros: Great Bartender

Cons: Not much of a Happy Hour

Great drinks and atmosphere...right in downtown seattle and is lots of fun with good food. It is a little pricey but that is to be expected at hotel restaurants.

My friend and I went here because it was on my entertainment card. We were seated promptly. Our waitress, an older woman was incredibly pushy with us ordering drinks and appitizers, which we declined and didn't want to spend the money on

A friend and I were in Seattle over the holiday and wanted a special Christmas dinner, we got anything but! The service started of terrible with our waiter not even acknowledging us for at least 15 minutes. It got worse from there. Dinner

I've been to this restaurant several times in the past for the famous hot melting chocolate souffle when it was called "Roy's". Now it's been revamped and renamed to become the Coldwater Grill. Coldwater still has the chocolate souffle, so

The seafood was good -- smoked salmon appetizers plated nicely with fried caper garnish and fried chives (bitter though), black cod melts in your mouth, paella perfectly seasoned and the rice cooked perfectly. Steak was flavorful but

The location is great, the food amazing and the scene a blast. Highly recommend for a hip, urban experience. I think I had the best sushi I've had in Seattle and the bartender knows how to make a drink.

The grills food was mediocre and it came cold. The service was very slow. The bars selection of drinks and appetizers are minimal. They didnt appear to have a happy hour selection either. I ordered the crab dip and the shrimp
