This was our favorite place for coffee (Best Coffee by far in Bellevue) and for foods that you won't find at the majority of your standard american restaurants. Unfortunatelly, they are closing and another asian restaurant will be open

What an amazing little restaurant/delicatessen! I have been going to Porcella for the better part of this year and I have not wanted to share for fear I won't be able to find a seat because the place will be packed. Well that fear stops now because I am singing it's praises! The cured meats rival that of salumi! The lamb sandwich is divine and the delicate truffled gaufrettes are the perfect pairing. I appreciate the small amount of truffle salt as the use of it is so OVERDONE in Seattle. The house-pickled vegetables are ho-hum, maybe ask for a side of the squash (with raisins and pistachios) instead, yum! I looked through the side case to take some food to go and my eyes zeroed in on "parsnips with vanilla" I had to have them! The chef obliged and heated the parsnips up. I greedily took them away and gobbled them up for lunch. The vanilla was a unique touch but the parsnips should have been roasted because they tasted waterlogged.
Overall this place is great, it just needs a little tweaking. Go Go Go!

The food seemed ok although not our style. My problem was that our server handled our money, and then proceeded to touch our food! Even Subway has rules on that! Then he stocked with his bare hands the bread basket, and then touched our
