One Word....Martini's
This place has over 50 Martini's to choose from. You can have a great time, just choosing different Martini's. I don't care for the sweet ones, but all the other ones were very good. Oh yeah, the food is also good.

Lola's
Great martini's in many flavors. The green apple, and chocolate martini's are my favorite. I always love a little competition, sign up to play darts. Relaxing atmosphere and cool crowd.

Best Chocolate Martini's
I am not a martini drinker but everytime I go to Lola's I have to have their chocolate martini it is so good. The food is great also. Valet parking or street parking. Prices are reasonable.

Lola Wants
Lola's has been my long-time go-to spot for nearly any social occasion-- whether business or personal. The perfect place to "meet", it always impresses but doesn't feel arrogant or overeager or snobbish. A cool, slightly sophisticated Hollywood bar with great food, great style, and yeah-- great martinis.

Nice atmosphere, setting and crowd
I went there on a Sunday night. The place was well populated, though not too crowded. A mixed crowd was nibbling on the renowned appetizers the haunt offers and a laid-back crowd was vibrantly chatting and socializing. Relaxing tunes created a pleasant background and perfected the cozy atmosphere. Besides the 40 Martinis the menu offers, I was surprised to get even tea and coffee late at night. The mixed crowd, a friendly wait staff, relaxed sounds and candle light create a pleasant, low-key and cozy atmosphere.
Pros: Atmosphere, food, drinks

Great for dates
I went the first time for my friend's birthday party on a Saturday. I didn't really enjoy the place much because it was really crowded, and the drinks were expensive (but usual for LA.) I went a few weeks later on a Friday night with a date, and it was a lot less busy. We sat in the restaurant area, and I liked the martinis. They are amazing. I thought that the atmosphere was also really nice for the date. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place for big crowds, but if you just want a chill place to talk and have a fun variety of drink choices, try this bar.
Pros: Martinis, date place
Cons: Not the best place for large groups

manifest destiny
I liked it a lot. especially the fish and chips which is the best (not traditional) I have ever had.
I have stay away due to the ever increasing darkness that has enveloped the space.
But I see that things are looking right clear again now that a few reviewers are not going back. :)
Maybe I'll try it again!!!
Pros: very good
Cons: too many south of Wilshire types

Never going there again
I am disgusted with this place. First i went there with my girlfriend to have some martinis with some friends. I was met at the door by some man with curly hair, who told me that they were only doing reservations or guest list. The only problem being that i had a group of friends that walked in 10 min. before i arrived. When walking to my car my girlfriend told me that he walked to the bouncer and said dress code violation repeatedly. I was wearing a casual sweater and 400$ non baggy nor holey jeans. After driving around the corner i decided to see what my friends were wearing one wearing a hat, jeans, and converse and was let inside. Then went back and confronted said person and he said they must have sliped by him. When all of my white friends just so happen to come outside to see what the problem was he procceded to let me and my girlfriend in. Now if that is not wierd then my cousin actually had the same incedent, where there just happened to be a group of people who were not on a list but were given the ability to walk straight in. MInd you both nights the bar was empty. My cousin going there at 12:30 if there are people on a guest list they prob are not showing up. This news is prob not new to a lot of minorities being how there was a report on them for the very same thing. If you are a minority please take your business elsewhere.
Cons: I think my story speaks for itself

An OK place
Definitely not a place to go to if you are wanting to meet people. Went on a Saturday night and it appeared to be mainly for those who are on a date or are keeping to themselves in their own little group. No mingling. I had the Strawberry Fields Martini...the first one was terrific but the second one tasted of only juice. My boyfriend had a Manhattan and again...first one was perfect but the second needed to be sent back. So not much consistency. More of a place to go before you go out for the night.
Pros: Service, first drink
Cons: Second drink, crowd
