Bank of America

BofA in general has made a corporate effort to improve its customer relationships. When one walks into the bank, one is usually greeted with a friendly (too friendly) staff. But it all ends there. Yesterday, I was met with a CSR that never even take a look at me. After I said thank you, she just kept silent. Terrible robots!!

The fees are typically too high compared to other banks. The only good thing is the multiple ATMs.

This is the best Bank of America location in Cambridge. The bank is usually mostly empty so there are no lines. The staff is more friendly than at other locations, and on Fridays there is always free coffee and munchkins from Dunkin Donuts. Frequently, the staff will also stand outside and give out free mints.
