great service 5 Star Rating - World class

Called Arbat after my DLP would not turn on. Mike came by and checked TV and figured out it wasnt a bad bulb but a bad ballast. Mike ordered the part and 3days later came and fixed the television. Price was as expected for the work needed to be done. Mike was a great technician and the tv is good as new. Highly recommended for atleast a tv diagnosis.

Great service and results with very fair price 5 Star Rating - World class

I have a Sony 36XBR400 that lost its picture due to two chips on the board going bad. I appreciate that ARBAT TV tried to repair the board with as little cost to me as possible. Their diagnostic fee ($80) is also very reasonable. Home Theatre Store wanted to charge $250 for diagnostics. I was concerned because many online reports about Sony repairs said they ran around $400-$500 or more. In the end, they fixed the issue for under $340.

WHOLE STORY: I filled out the ARBAT TV online form with my problem (at night...very convenient). When I didn't hear from them the next day, I called them the morning after that and the technician came to my house in 30 minutes. He removed the board and said he needed to take it back to his shop to replace the chip (it's soldered into the board in my tv model). He came back the next day (Saturday) with the board, but found there was a second chip that also needed to be replaced. He took the board again and came back on Monday (2 days later) with the repaired board. All is working now and I feel good about the service I received.

Exceptionally professional!! 5 Star Rating - World class

Our big-screen TV died a few days ago. After a lot of internet research I found this company with good reviews. I did the on-line appointment, they responded and came that day. They had to remove the board that controls all the TV functions. They called two days later and said it was fixed. Came back the same day and installed new components and helped us tune TV. Price was extremely fair!!!! I would recommend them without any reservation. I was hoping for "good" and got "EXCEPTIONAL!"

MAKE SURE THE WORK IS FINISHED BEFORE THEY LEAVE 2 Star Rating - Wouldn't recommend

The technician that serviced my TV promised to return with another part within a couple of days. Since he got my TV working, I paid him $250 in cash. He left the shielding on a circuit board disconnected. I haven't heard from then in over 2 weeks and probably never will.

Great Customer Service, Honesty and Reliability 5 Star Rating - World class

After reading reviews of several TV repair companies there wasn't a lot of positive feedback from customers until I found the reviews for ARBAT. I would like to thank those of you who took the time to write the reviews and on your recommendation I called ARBAT TV this morning. I was asked if I would be available for a technician to come by this afternoon, I was and we set at time. Mike called about 25 minutes before the agreed upon time just to let me know he was on his way. Mike checked the tv out and found the color wheel had frozen. He had one with him and installed the new one and checked the picture color. Pricing was what I had expected. I would highly recommend ARBAT TV.
