This is where I go when I needed duplicate for my keys. The location has no parking (duh, we are in San Francisco) but the staffs are friendly and efficient. They made my keys really fast and the price was reasonable.

Just called, after first saying yes, then shuffling me around, turns out they DON'T do keyless entry for autos, yet website states they do.

This is just an answering service that routes you to an independent contractor who does the work. They have no control over quality and don't care about handling problems.

Absolutely, without a doubt do not use this company. They are affiliated with USA Total Security and have several locations in San Francisco. Read the reviews of their other affiliates and you will find a common thread...outrageous prices, zero customer service, and no accountability. I have been locked out of my house for 6 hours waiting for someone to come and out and fix the lock they fixed two weeks ago. They have $400 of my money so why should they care? I am filing a report with a business monitoring agency and am considering a small claim court case. These guys are crooks, scam artists and bad business. Stay away, stay far, far away.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
The subcontractor did not put my door handle back together correctly. When I called the next day to get it fixed, I was told the technician would be to my house in 45 minutes to fix the problem. 3 hours later, and countless calls to their customer service number (where I've been disconnected and hung up on more times than I can count), I have yet to see or hear from the technician.
I was charged an exorbitant amount of money to have two locks re-keyed, they did the work incorrectly, and to top it all off, now that they have my money they won't come back out to fix their mistake.
Call anyone else to fix your locks, but do NOT use San Francisco Locksmith 24/7.
