I have been using this clinic for over a year and only ran into a problem when I tried to transfer out. \r\nI am moving to where there is no American Laser Center within 100 miles. I needed my account put on hold until I could continue my treatment. I spoke with the assistant manager and was told they could find out within 24 hrs and I would get a call back for an update. \r\nThree days after no update I called and spoke with Toby which she was very helpful and said I needed to call the place I purchased my packets from. I called my original center and they said they could do the hold and the WA clinic would be able to do it on their end being as I was in their (WA) system. They said to have the WA clinic call their manager if there were any questions about it. So I relayed this to Toby, who sounded agitated. She said she couldn't and wouldn?t call the other clinic. I voiced my concern and she hung up on me. \r\nI called the original clinic and asked them to call Toby. I called Toby back to see if maybe I was mistaken and the connection had accidentally been lost. She just said,"" I thought you were done talking."" No apology for being rude and no remorse either. I why she couldn't end the phone call with goodbye, she claimed I was harassing her. She got very condescending and said she was sorry I was moving, sorry my husband was military (extremely crossing the line here in this case) but she would not break company policy and call another clinic. I said I understand, who can I talk to above you? She wouldn?t give out that info and the least she could do was write an email.\r\nAll in all I want to convey that everyone here is great and can be helpful. If it isn't solved the first time around don't expect the normal customer service and be ready to be treated with disrespect from Toby. The front desk and other girls are the reason they got an extra star and I would have loved to have given 5 but Toby essentially ruined it for the rest of them.\r\n
