We had an amazing time in San Francisco. Our sightseeing trip with Pep was our very first morning and we saw in a few short hours all the must-see spots in the area. Along with the history and color of each neighborhood, Pep provided suggestions for restaurants and additional sights where we could return and explore later in our trip. We loved the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We truly appreciated Pep and her personal service. We would not hesitate to call Pep on our next visit to San Francisco ?and, we will be back!

Pep organized two separate tours for us - Napa and Sonoma. After reading her reviews we figured we would be okay just telling her what we liked and letting her take us around - the only thing we stipulated was that we would enjoy picnic lunches and a tasting at Cakebread. She took care of absolutely everything! Not only did she succeed in finding wines that we liked, she also knew which tasting rooms we could simply walk in, and which required appointments. Our scheduled tour of Cakebread was at lunch time - so while we were there, Pep went off and picked up some great picnic items for us - we couldn't have done it better ourselves! And she certainly knows the best picnic spots! It was quite amazing - eating lunch with a great bottle of wine, in a beautiful garden, overlooking the vine covered rolling hills of California's wine country! Breathtaking!

Pros: Very Friendly and knowledgeable, Taste wine without having to worry about driving!

I recently used Pep on a 7 hour tour in Napa and she was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area , the various wineries, and wine in general. She make s great recommendations on what wineries to visit based on what experience you are looking for. She'll even ask the wineries for wines not on their tasting menu if she think it's worth trying. She is reasonably priced and provides grade A service. She is happy to take pictures of your group as well so you can capture the experience. I would use her again.

Pros: Personal service, extremely knowledgeable, and great recommendations.

My family used Alegro Tours for a day trip to Napa. Pep arranged for us to visit several unique wineries on our trip. One was by request, and the others were based on her gaining a knowledge of our preferences and interests. We were a group of 6, and it's hard to please everyone, but we really enjoyed all the venues.
A highlight was a private tour of a wine cave. She also arranged for us to have lunch while in Napa at a local Italian restaurant. The food was delicious, and it was a perfect choice. Pep was very knowledgeable about the wine making process and the winery business. I recommend this tour company and would definitely use their services again in the future.

Our 3 hour tour with Pep was the highlight of our 3 day trip to beautiful San Francisco. My sister and mother and I always get together to celebrate our January birthdays. My sister and I have been to SF many times, but our mother had never been. Our mother was turning 71 and she has limited mobility and wouldn't be able to do much walking to see sites. Pep showed us a fantastic morning hitting all the highlights of the city in the cozy warm comfort of an immaculate vehicle. Pep is kind, intelligent , knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor. What we liked best about Pep's service is the ability to have a flexible tour. Pep picked us up at our hotel near Union Square promptly at the agreed time and at our request, ended the tour in Sausalito, where we decided to have lunch and shop. Thanks, Pep for helping to make our birthdays a wonderful celebration. I highly recommend Pep's quality services to anyone wanting to take a tour of the city. Why would anyone book a tour on a cold bus with 25 other people and see sites you may not have an interest in. For the same price you can have a tour that is customized, personal, friendly and comfortable!!

I contacted Pep to provide a private tour of the city for my family visiting from the east coast. We agreed on a rough outline of the various neighborhoods that I wanted them to see. Pep was knowledgable about the history, the architecture and the small tidbits of knowledge that I didn't know even after living here for a decade. As the day progressed and we were running out of time, Pep helped guide us in deciding which places were must sees and what could wait. I feel I know San Francisco in a completely new way, not the standard tourist presentation at all.

Four uf us arranged a private tour with Pep. This was done all the way from Trinidad & Tobago in the Caribbean and I wasn't sure what to expect. Pep was flexible and accomodating and really took our wishes and requests to heart in arranging this tour. She is well connected at the various wineries and this does allow special treatment! She also knows Napa, Sonoma, San Francisco and the surrounding areas so she is able to educate and advise you very well. I would highly recommend Pep and Allegro Private Tours and will be using them again when next we return to the area.

Pep was a fabulous tour guide and exposed our wine-inexperienced group to a variety of wineries that both taught and intrigued us. She is extremely knowledgable about the Napa and Sonoma Valley areas and has contacts at many of the wineries. I would defintitely recommend Allegro Private Tours to anyone.

Great time, our tour guide took us to the greatest winerys...she listened to what we were into and knew exactely where to take us. We will definitely use her again.

I arranged this all-day tour of SF, Muir Woods, Sausalito, etc. with Alegro Private Tours for my son and his family. Pep (the tour operator) consulted with me by phone and email beforehand to make sure it was just what they wanted. They came back from the trip last week and couldn't say enough about this tour. Pep "knew her stuff", was "kind and easy to listen to" and the tour van was "very comfortable". She picked them up at their hotel, took them to every imaginable corner of the city and its environs, seeing to it that they had an enjoyable lunch location with a magnificent city view. My credit card was charged efficiently and honestly. Everything was more than I expected. The level of service was outstanding. This was a private tour for just the three of them.

Pep provided the utmost comfort, professionalism, and knowledge about Napa Valley. She had contacts at most of the wineries we visited. She introduced us to some boutique wineries, off the beaten path, as we wanted. Overall great trip.

This was my second tour with Pep and she is the greatest guide ever. She allowed us lots of time for pictures and was so informative about everything. I will use her the next time we get to come to San Francisco!!! Mary Beth
