Their technicians took their time to explain to me the appropriate ways to care for my carpet. They also got out tough spots and gave me some useful tips on how to deal with spots right after they appear. Those guys were really cleaning my carpets, not just moving the dirt around. The results were absolutely fantastic and the price was great, having in mind the quality of the service.

We never thought this carpet could be rescued but Apex Carpet Cleaners lived up to their name. The tech was very porfessional and skilled. All the stains in the carpet were removed completely. The worker was dripping in sweat when he was done. We thank you for the great job.

Apex cleaners arrived exactly at the time of our schedualed appointment. I had a few
oil stains on my sofa. The cleaner that arrived knew exactly what to do to get rid of the stains.
After the cleaning, the stains were gone like magic. Pretty exciting to see the stains disappear.

I would like to share my opinion of the wonderful experience I had with the cleaning Apex Cleaners provided me with. The customer service is the best I ever had. I had many questions and concerns before the cleaning. Every other company I called were quick to answer my questions. The receptionist and cleaners from Apex were patient and understanding with me. The cleaning was done to perfection. I could not have found better.

Customer service is very important to me. Apex provided me with great customer service when they cleaned my dining room area rug . The cleaner was professional and in uniform when he came to pick up my rug. I was given a return date and was promised it would be returned on that date. They returned my rug and even placed it down under my table. I could'nt have asked for better service.

The crew from Apex impressed me with their service. Very high quality cleaning service. My sofa and upholstered chairs were filthy with dirt. The technicians worked a very long time to make sure the fabric was completly cleaned. Great service like this is very hard to find in New York.

Apex provided me with the best carpet cleaning experience I ever had. My carpet is very light beige color. It wasn't cleaned for about a year. When my son threw up I knew it needed to be cleaned right away. I am very happy with the cleaning. The carpet looks so much cleaner . It is amazing what a difference one cleaning can make.

Every cleaning company can come and do a cleaning. The difference with Apex is that they provide quality work. They picked up my drapes cleaned them and re delivered them back to me. They took their time to re hang the drapes beautifully. Wow! You will hear from me again for another cleaning.

I found an excellent company to call for all my cleaning needs. I needed my daycare carpet cleaned. I had to change my appiontment a few times and the office staff was very helpful and considerate. They did their best to work around my scheduale. It is such a pleasure to have the children sit on clean rugs. They did a super cleaning on the rugs.

My sister recommended Apex after having her upholstery cleaned. She was very happy with the cleaning and urged me to give them a call. I took her advice and called them to clean my living room carpet. The carpet was filled with puppy stains and odor. They worked hard to remove the stains. When my living carpet was flooded with water I called Apex. They responded very quickly and were in my home cleaning the carpet the same afternoon. The staff was so friendly and patient with my situation. The technician was pleasant to work with. He removed at least ten buckets of water from my rug.
