Zone Manhattan Diet

When I first called to sign up, I was very skeptical since I am a vegetarian and I also do not eat seafood. I have tried other diets but the food just didn't cut it. I have been on the Zone Manhattan diet now for about 2 months I have loved it since day one. They really care about my allergies and the fact that I am a vegetarian. I love the mousses, the crepes and the salads. All of the food is delicious! I have recommended it my sisters and all of my friends.

I must admit I was very reluctant to sign on when I did.
What with the difficult economic times I definitely could not afford to do something that would be wasteful.
However this program turned out to be one of the best things I have ever spent money on.
The food was delicious I especially enjoyed the breakfast's. Who knew you could make pancakes and waffles healthy, I certainly didn't.
The customer service really helped too.
I would recommend it to anyone.
I wanted to sign on to loose weight and I did I lost 5 pounds just after the first week. I just finished off my third week and I have lost 15 pounds!!!!!! That?s 5 pounds per week eating really delicious food.
I would highly recommend this service, it truly is great!

The food was great and I lost 66Lbs. My kids introduced me to Zone Manhattan by giving me a 31 day program for my birthday. I was suprised by the quality of the food and stuck to it for 2 more month. I lost 66 Lbs and never felt better. This was most thoughtfull gift I ever recieved.

I was initially drawn to this service especially after a really bad experience with another service and I absolutely loved it. Besides the fact that I lost 20 pounds after trying this program for a month I also had excellently prepared meals delivered right to my doorstep. I was great I would reccomend it to anyone.
The customer service is so helpful kind and informative I will continue my program for another month or so I cant wait to see the wonderful meals they have in store for me.

I'll be quick with my review. Food tasted good, Probably the main reason to my success in losing 20lb. in about a month a half. Good company to order from. If your looking to loss some wieght for the summer you should really try them. Good luck everyone.

I normaly don't comment on restaurants and products, however I really feel strongly about Zone Manhattan Com. I alway have had problems sticking to a diet program, even othere diet delivery programs. Zone Manhattan . Com made it easy to acheive my goal weight. The food was the freshest quality and absolutly delicious. I loved the fish and seafood. I recomend this program and I now use it as a maintenance program.

A lot of the reviews for this service are a little too obviously not written by an actual consumer. I completed the 31 day program recently and while I did lose weight, there was basically no variety to my meals. While I didn't expect to receive lobster necessarily, I expected more variety than chicken almost everyday for lunch, and that I wouldn't have many many repeat meals and snacks during this limited time period. I'm not a picky eater, but overall the program was pretty disappointing for the money I spent.

I have been with Zone Manhattan for almost 6 months now, I have transformed myself from the old feeling tired somewhat grumppy individual, I once was, to a more youthfull, young feeling and i can truly say alot more happy individual. I feel like I have endless energy and now it's my kids that have a tough time keeping up with me. I truiy feel like I have found the fountain of youth. Thanks Zone Manhattan.

I love the variety! With dishes like sweet Maine lobster and black rice how can you complain. I have been on othere programs before and it always is the same Grilled Chicken and a peice of colared kale or a bran muffin and egg white omelet. This company has introduced me to a new way of eating. I have recieved a wide variety of fish, which I love. As well as a wide variety of well cooked vegetables. I have been pleased from day one, I have just renewed and will recomend this to my friends.

I get the feeling that these other positive reviews were written by the company. This has NOT been my experience- far from it. I am giving this company two stars as opposed to only one, because yes, you can get them on the phone. But trust me, it makes no difference, because they can't keep your information straight. I put in my order and the dietitian called me within the day to take my food preferences. The next day they sent me something I told them I was allergic to. I called to complain and got a receptionist who could barely hold a conversation. The dietitian called me back, told me they couldn't find my records, and once again took my food preferences. Two days later, ANOTHER food I requested not be included was. This has happened FOUR TIMES IN ONE WEEK. Add to that the fact that they serve the same meals more or less over and over and the fact that they are BLAND and there you have Zone Manhattan. I'm only glad that I opted for the two week program. Oh- and they tell you that the food will be delivered by either 5:00 or 6:00 AM- Not true. They deliver between midnight ant 3:00 AM. So if you are not an extremely early riser, your food is sitting around for close to eight hours in a "thermal" bag. Yesterday, the "smoothie" I ate for my second snack was sour and spoiled. I would NOT recommend this company. Friends referred me to Zone Chefs but I chose Zone Manhattan because I could get someone on the phone on a consistent basis and their prices were SLIGHTLY better. Fat lot of good it did me! They are TERRIBLE. You'll lose weight on their food. You won't be able to eat it.

I created this account just so I could write this review. I have never experienced such a great service before. Not only do I get 3 wonderful meals and 2 tasty snacks, but the customer service is great to boot!!! I signed on with one of the helpful customer service reps. who took all my info and within less than a day I spoke with a friendly dietician who listened to my concerns and worked with me to help me get started. The meals are excellent and well thought out and FRESH which is soo hard to come by and what makes this service number 1!!! I must admit that after reading a few of the reviews I was skeptical at first about joining, but I realized the good reviews out weighed the bad and I gave it a try and it was the best thing I ever did. I don't understand the member who said that she always received chicken or fruit salads. The meals are sent out based on the information we provide and they never send anything that you requests not to have. Perhaps she had so many dislikes that the only way to abide by her requests was to send her what she would eat. I received so much variety and have never had the same thing twice!! I have been on for 2 months and cannot wait to sign on for another month. I look forward each day to receiving my meals. I would recommend this sevice to anyone who loves variety and needs to take the worry out of planning meals because of their busy schedule. Trust me..once you try it you'll love it. IT WORKS!!

I've been busting to tell someone about my experiance with ZoneManhattan com. I've been with the program for over a month and have almost reached my goal weight. I have never eaten so well. I live in Manhattan and am a softy for fast food, I hadn't seen a green vegetables since I left home. I almost forgot what they tasted like. Now for about what it costs for my fast food and chinesse fix I get Three fresh meal and two snacks filled with green tastey vegies for about the same price. I have lost over 19 pound and when I reach my goal weight I will start their maintenance program and try to maintain a good healthy weight while eating well. I luv it, I luv it, I luv it.

I signed up for ZoneManhattan Com with modest expectations, only to be pleasantly surprised. The food that came was very fresh and tastie. I am fairly easy to please and had been on some othere programs which were OK, so when ZoneManhattan came it set a new bar for quality for Zone program. I am still a customer and will be until I reach my goal weight. Which is now with in my reach thanks to ZoneManhattan

I have to agree with the review that was posted right before mine- if there was an option to give negative stars, this place would have earned it. Her situation seems similar to mine. My husband and I decided to try the program for 7days. So many things went wrong, but I will attempt to make this short.
On two separate occasions they sent us food we specifically asked not to be sent (and we only asked not to be sent 3 items: pork, salmon or tuna fish salad-which we ended up recieving two out of three); each time they apologized- and then it happened again. So on day 2, I realized this was a mistake and asked to cancel our service via the phone number they list you can call. Low and behold, the lady who answered explained that I would have to write an email to cancel- that phone number doesn't connect to the customer service department; and furthermore, she claimed she did not even have a phone number to contact them. So I emailed them. They gave us the BS about how it takes two business days to cancel the service after your request-even though I called and wrote as soon as they opened (I guess it is their way of getting more money from all of the people who cancel the program), and that it takes 7-10 days to see the refund.

Do not use this company- you will regret it.

PS- we still haven't seen our refund, and they claim there is no one to call and talk to about this. The people at the zone phone number claim they will forward on the complaint. I am contacting my credit card company.

If I could have used negative stars, I would have. This was the WORST program of any sort on the planet. This does not seem to be a very difficult program to administer, and my only dietary restriction was that I did not eat red meat or pork and wanted two sweet snacks instead of one sweet, one "savory" (whatever that means), yet on five out of seven days that I had the service before canceling, they screwed up my delivery and gave me red meat, and/or the wrong snack. In fact, on a day they gave me the "savory" snack, it was STEAK!! Worst of all, though, was the absolutely absent customer service. I emailed on the third day and requested that a manager call me with a plan for remedying the mess, and not only did I not hear from a manager, or even any employee for that matter, they screwed up AGAIN on that Friday, prompting me to call YET AGAIN! During this conversation, probably the third of its kind, I again requested to speak to a manager and was told I had to email the request. When I informed her that I had already done that to no avail, she told me that she would give my message to a manager to call me that day. Nevertheless, no call. Another screw up on Saturday prompted another call and ultimately an email seeking cancellation. Although they confirmed a cancellation, I have asked three times for a confirmation that I would be getting the FULL refund, and have yet to hear from anyone. The service was so bad it was almost a joke. This is the most horrendously run company I have ever come across, and considering the amount of money they charge, there is absolutely no excuse for it. Not for anything, there's not a ton of food going on here, so when they screw up one of them, you either go hungry, or have to spend additional money on making your on substitute. This was a DISASTER! I cannot stress it enough -DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!

you know, i read the reviews and saw that there were good ones and bad ones; the good outwieghed the bad and i thought i would give it a shot. i called and spoke with a young lady who was extremely helpful, and patient and answered all of my questions. I signed on for 14 days and i did not get any repeats in my food - everything was different every day.
i highly recommend this service. Why?? they delivered to my office during the week and to my home on the weekends. the food is amazing and always fresh and has never disappointed me. (besides, i want to be able to eat what i want at the holidays not have to worry that i'm going off a diet if i "skip" a day -- it doesnt feel like a diet to me.

Zone Manhattan by far has truely been #1 for me. Trying other companies just didn't cut it. their freash made food, their front door delivery. Can't ask for anything more....This is a truly honest company with great customer service......to bad I'm moving to new mexico they need to open a zone over there

First off id like to tell every one i am only 17yrs old and after trying the zone manhattan diet i lost a total of 35 pound in less than 8 months.Not only is the food prepared great it also tastes great. My favorite food that they send is there strawberries there jus perfect and ripe and there steaks are great too. I now feel confident and energetic in school now only weighing only 175. My parents and friends say i look great and i have a boost in confidence with girls i apprecaite everything zone manhattan has done for me.

Zone Manhattan is my favorite diet delivery program (I've tried many other services). My delivery comes to my door every morning and the food is very fresh and delicious. I've been on the program for about month and have lost 15 lbs. They provide me with enough food so I don't get those dreaded cravings. I'm always full and satisfied. My friends and coworkers have seen me loose the weight and have been asking what I have done.I referred my friend and they gave me one free day. I highly recommend this program to my friends, family and to anyone interested in loosing weight or those who are looking to eat health.

I had beed bouncing around diet delivery programs until I found ZoneManhattanCom. I have been with them for over a year and have lost and kept off 53lb's. I love the simplisity of there program, the food is not to rich and the variaty is all you could ask for. The Black Rice Pilaf and Seared Scallops is my favorate. I have never felt better and find my self doing things I never thought I would be doing at my age. Like writing this review, I normally don't write these but in this case I am happy too.

I read some of the negative reviews and thought I would give them a chance anyway. The price was so good I had to give it a shot. I didn't understand what the problem was. I found the variety very good, they were very friendly and willing to work with me on my likes and dislikes. Never any problem or issue. And, most of all, I lost about 37 pounds!!!
I really think some people are just very high maintenence and hard to please. I mean, this is New York, the land of the neurotic. Especially when you are working with people who need to lose weight.
I simply found the whole experience very pleasant and will recommend them to anyone.

I was really looking forward to the Zone delivery service as so many of my friends enjoyed it and had great results. What I did not realize is the huge disparity between the various Zone delivery services.
It turns out that my friends had been using Zone Delivery USA which seems to have great variety and great service. On the complete opposite end of the spectrum is Zone Manhattan.
Their website lists all these great sample menus and I literally had a salad with grilled chicken for lunch 17 of the 21 days (and I have no unusual dietary requirements). I brought it to their attention several times and nothing was ever done. I never had the pancakes, wraps, lobster, lasagna, grape leaves, falafel, angel food cake, the list goes on- you get the point.
I did lose weight, but I could have figured out on my own that a tiny egg for breakfast, salad for lunch, and chicken with vegetables for dinner (my average daily menu with Zone Manhattan) would yield results
And to boot, the customer service is abysmal. I felt completely frustrated the entire diet. Through word of mouth, I would recommend Zone Delivery USA or Zone Chefs. They may be a little pricier but believe me, it's well worth it.

The online menu makes it look like there are lots of appetizing options, but in reality they keep serving the same food over and over. i got chicken salad for lunch literally every single day. The food is fresh and delivery is very reliable, but i also found it a bit bland and wish there would've been some more seasoning or different types of flavor profiles.

Also, they constantly mess up on dietary restrictions as i've received several of the things i explicity asked them to exclude. they apologized after i emailed them, but still kept making mistakes.

go with zone chefs instead, it's more expensive but worth it.

I love this program! I've been doing it for 2 years and have lost more than 20 lbs and have been on the maintance program! If you recommend this program to anyone and they sign on, you get one day free for each of those who sign up. I've already recommended 8 friends and received 8 days for free. I like knowing that I don't have to shop and cook and the food is waiting for me when I wake up. I love the convenience of it all. The food is fresh and the quality is excellent. I highly recommend this program to anyone.

I really enjoyed this program. I am a some what of a picky eater and have tried a couple other Zone Programs, as it turns out, this was my favorit. The food always came fresh and cold the quality was very high. As Zone Progams go the price for Zone Manhattan was very resonable. At $32.95 per day it is the lowest program out there. I was very pleased with the service, every mornig my food arrived at my front door on time. Even during our recient ice storms I recieved my meals on time. I am glad to see, that I don't have to pay an arm and a leg to stick to my diet.

I started the program with high hopes, but was concerned about a couple of specific food allergies I have including nuts. I was careful to mention these in detail in my only online profile and again when they called me to confirm the plan details. I was assured that there would not be a problem. The first day, my food came without issue, but the second day is where the problems started. First, they sent me food that I was allergic to, and I had an allergic reaction. And when I called to notify them, I was told to email instead, but my emails went unanswered. There were also several other problems with the menu that day where food provided was not listed on the menu and also an issue where the dinner was supposed to be snapper but was actually pork seriously causing me to question the controls in place on this diet plan. The next day, 3 of the 5 meal items had food that I was allergic to. Again repeated emails went unanswered. Finally after 6 emails and 3 phone calls they said they would correct the food issue going forward, however, they still expected me to pay for the food I had the allergic reaction to and the food I was unable to eat. More than 5 days later, I have yet to receive resolution on these items, and after at least 10 total phone calls and 8 emails, not once have they emailed me or returned a phone message. I've never had such a frustrating experience with a company, and I fly at least 30 times / year. In short, I absolutely do not recommend this service.
