Dear Pastors Pat Sheeean and Christian workers in the Lord??s vineyard.
Grace and peace be unto you from God who is our Father in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. ??Being confident of this very thing, that he which begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ?. (Philippians 1:6)
I thank God for every one of you. First for the calling upon your life and the dedication you have demonstrated in His service. It touches my heart and thrills my emotions. Second, I thank God who gave you the vision and the desire to work under the leadership and the guidance of the Holy Spirit. There were other successful and impressive ministries. But you stayed faithful to the calling of God. Some of you have worked for many years and raised so many Churches all on your own I salute you. I agree that serving God in the world today is one of the most challenging assignments, and one that demands the leaders to be soul??d out to the Lord. The leader has to evaluate every step or decision he has to make. In Chioggia, we held a meeting in the home of Rev. Curthbert and his wife Jesica Riungu with John Gitari Muriithi, and his wife, Nathaniel Kiriti Daniel and his wife, who invited us into their home to bless the very first meeting to plant First Love Apostolic Church and give them the certificate of Registration. I have been in East Africa for three months praying and counseling with many leaders full of tears and great joy. We visited pastors to demonstrate our love and commitment that we care and we will serve much better than ever before.
As we practice the presence of God we are blessed to know that we are members of one another. 1Corth 3:1-2, 12:12-26, 27, Eph. 4:1-4. We are devoted to one another. Rom12:10, Eph 3:13-14, 1; 5, 1Pet 4:17.Eph 1:5 Phil 2:3-4, 1Thes 4:9-10, Heb 13:1-3, 1Pet 1:22-23. We are to honor one another. Rom 12:10, John 13:12-15, Matt 23: 5-12. Phil 2:5. We are to admonish one another. We are to accept one another. We are to serve one another. We are to bear one another??s burden. We are to bear one another. We are to be of the same mind with one another. We are to submit to one another. We are to encourage one another. We are to greet one another. In addition, I have to say what has been said by the wise men who have led. "People don't at first follow worthy causes. They follow worthy leaders who promote worthwhile causes. People buy into the leader first, then the leader's vision.
Every success and every failure is an invaluable lesson in what it means to lead. And when all else fails, the business leader must make another sacrifice.... For a leader must give up going up.
I took you as my inner circle for many years. Every leader's potential is determined by the people closest to him. If those people are strong, then the leader can make a huge impact. If they are weak, he can't. That is the law of the inner circle. People don't care about how much you know until they know how much you care. You are a caring pastor. You can't move people into action unless you first move them with emotion. The heart comes before the head. People naturally follow leaders stronger than themselves. It has been many years since we last spoke to each other. My number is 714-732 9369

A great church to attend. Good messages, good worship and fellowship. It's a small church and seats about 120+ and it is easy to get to know people. Service times are Sunday 10am and Wednesday night Bible Study is 7pm. The web site is at www.pasoroblesfwc.com
