I just purchased a full set of the GE Cafe line of appliances from Bray and Scarff: gas range, refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. The salesperson who helped me was Geary Statham. He was great to work with, being very competitive price wise and extremely responsive, prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Geary and Bray and Scarff, as I was originally referred to them by my brother-in-law.

I made the purchase on Saturday, and it was installed several days later on Wednesday in time for a 4th of July party. The installation was on time and very efficient. They tested all appliances before leaving. However, there was a small drip that developed on the copper line to the dishwasher which was not the installer's fault. However, a Bray and Scarff repairman came the very next day to replace it with a braided line. Again, very prompt and on time. It was a great experience dealing with Geary and the installation team at Bray & Scarff! I've already told many of my friends about my experience.

The Rockville Bray and Scarff and their service department are very difficult to communicate with. Across the board, they seem rude. I don't know how they stay in business. I bought appliances from them years ago and tried to replace some equipment that had malfunctioned. They acted like they were doing me a favor just to answer my phone call. I paid $85 for a serviceman to check the malfunctioning unit and his advice was "just by a new one." So much for my $85. I would not recommend doing business with them.

We have spent over 20 thousand dollars on kitchen appliances with bray and scarf. we bought all top line names: Viking, Wolf, Sub-zero etc. waited months to get a new handle on the dishwasher. Sales rep. is great: Gary. He tries to help us with calls because not only are they incompetent, the people answering the phones are the rudest company we have ever dealt with. they are hopefully fixing our sub zero wine cooler. after that we will Never do business with them again. stick with smaller family run businesses. there is too much competition out there to put up with this kind of treatment.
