I went to Germain Toyota in Naples last week for some routine maintenance. I mentioned to my service coordinator Peggy Mazuras that I was planning to trade my 2013 RAV 4 in a month or so. She alertly called a team sales leader Capt. Eric who introduced me to Paul Delmonte, a seasoned professional who explained to me the advantages of trading now rather than waiting. He explained the difference between models as I had some questions. He showed me a wonderful new 2015 RAV 4 that had everything on it that I had wanted. Mr. Delmonte also looked through the inventory at the dealership for a possible used car alternative. He found on vehicle that compared apples to apples then proceeded to show me why the new car alternative was best for me and my driving habits. I bought the 2015 RAV 4 and left the dealership confident that if I ever needed anything that Mr. Delmonte was only a phone call away. Thank you Mr. Delmonte for being a professional and a gentleman.

I had brought my 2012 Toyota Corolla in for it's 25,000 scheduled maintenance, and ended up leaving with a 2014 Corolla LE. A new car wasn't needed, but their buy back program was too good to refuse. It also helped that my sales representative, Patrick Mclymont, was probably the best salesman I've ever encountered. There was no pressure; he made it feel like we were just hanging out, chatting, and test driving cars. He was very personable and understood when we told him we didn't NEED a new car, but if the numbers were good, we would hop on board. Quite honestly, I thought Patrick and my husband knew each other from years ago because they were just cracking jokes with each other, like they grew up together. I have been driving Corolla's since 2001. I can't imagine driving another car and I can only hope that Patrick is still there when I decide to get another one.

Ann Marie Roebuck is very personable and a clear "customer service" professional. She can do nothing about the 2+ hour wait to get my 10,000 miles check-up/oil change. She said there is no time of day I could arrive to improve my wait.
I will try Ft. Myers Toyota at 15,000 miles (a 25 minute drive each way) who have never taken even an hour to do this service on my old Avalon and my wife's Solara.

My last two visits; first for routine service and then for new tires, went just the way they should. On time, no problems, no delays, no excuses and reasonable prices as quoted by my service advisor - Andrew Ctvrtnik. What more could you ask for?

I am the first to say buying a car can be so overwhelming, but my experience with Germain Toyota was so refreshing. Adam Golden was the manager who helped me and my mom, and he went out of his way consistently to make sure we had a great experience. He went over maintenance requirements, and took a lot of time to explain all of our options. We purchased a warranty contract with a maintenance package that really made me feel more comfortable with buying a used car. Adam made sure he took time to explain everything and even came out to show my mom how to use the Bluetooth stereo. Felix Martinez was also really helpful, and we will definitely ask for him in the future.

Over the course of several visits in Jan 2013, I purchased a new vehicle from Germain Toyota of Naples, FL.

While I detest the whole car shopping challenge; if you do your homework and research things ahead of time using the internet, this was not an unpleasant experience.

As I had narrowed down my search to two Toyota models, Eddie Vasco, their internet sales manager pointed me towards a nice salesman named Ryon Weiben.

Ryon spent about two hours with me, allowing me to test drive both models, and pointing out the pluses and minuses of each. All while asking good questions about what I needed to do with the vehicle on a regular basis. He did not push me towards either vehicle, and in fact, suggested the lower costing vehicle, which was a nice change, as I was expecting the full frontal sales assault.

Having done my research, I knew what was a fair value for my trade, and what was a fair price for the dealer to sell me a new vehicle.

There was very little haggling over price by either party, and it was quite civilized and friendly.

The only frustrating part was waiting for my vehicle to get to Naples; and then, Ryon even kept his word by giving me a loaner vehicle similar to what I had purchased. And in fact, the service manager, Andy, gave me a second loaner when they had to install two items that were part of the deal.

All in all, the sales and service people kept their word, and did not promise anything that they did not deliver on. Very refreshing in today's world.

The only constructive feedback, would be for the finance manager, Aaron. Not a pleasant experience, and I suggest that he find gainful employment in another line of work. Avoid dealing with him if at all possible.

Overall, if I were considering another Toyota product, I would go back to Germain in Naples.

I loved my Toyota Service Guys in St Louis Mo and miss them very much. When I moved here, I took my van to them because of a strange noise. They said I needed something in the AC replaced. After they had it for three days, I paid them 1200.00$ and left with my car. 30 min later, the AC stopped working. I took it back and they held it for 2 weeks. I was upset because I paid them to break the AC and now the noise was worse. They claimed they couldn't hear it. I reported them to the Toyota Company Corporation and they wanted to then try to resolve my problem(one month later)
