Kids' Dental Village - Pediatric Dentistry

This place was recommended and we like the environment . Stuff was very kids friendly and they had a lot of toys in the waiting room. Balloons and stickers after visit. The only problem we had is long wait. Even though we had appointment we had to wait for almost 45 minutes. Not easy task with a kids.

We started going there just about 6 months ago, and the dentist was cleaning up a mess left by our previous dentist. I love the staff, they are all so sweet and helpful. The dental assistants and dentists are good with my kid (who get's nervous). They answer questions, are gentle, patient. The place is clean. Like most med providers, make appointments when it's slowest at their office for speedier service.

My complaint is the operations behind the scenes are a mess. I get calls from the office canceling my appointments and referrals don't get sent in to the insurance companies. It's a huge pain in the butt to have to keep on top of them. They will lie, and fudge records to make it seem like they are on top of thing when they aren't. There behind the scene ops will be their downfall.

Horrible place. Overcrowded with no consideration for patients. The doctor works as if he is in a mass production factory.... They make you wait more than 2 hours for your appoitment. They think because they put a couple of toys in their waiting room parents can wait whole day... Avoid that place at all cost..

This is a very nice and child friendly office with a great staff. We had gone to 3 other dentists including a pediatric specialist for our son's severe dental problems. Dr. Attaie was very gentle and understanding and did an amazing job in melting our son's fears of dental treatment. He did the exam and repeated some of the X-rays and thoroughly discussed all of our treatment options. He treated two of the small cavities on our first visit with no anesthesia and our child did not even flinch. We decided to have the teeth with the larger cavities treated with the laughing gas which they call nitrous oxide sedation at a later visit. They require that the child does not eat or drink before the second visit which was fine since it was an early morning appointment. They allow one parent in the room so my husband had to wait in the waiting area. The laughing gas stuff seemed to work like magic. They put this "funny nose"on and my son and he was smiling and giggling throughout the whole treatment as Dr. Attaie kept interacting with him making sure he was comfortable. His treatment went really well even though he had to have a baby root canal and a crown to save one of his teeth. My son now loves going to the dentist and can't wait for his next check up. We feel very lucky to have found this office and would highly recommend it.
