They were great. You have to understand the IRS is slow so have patience in this process, but I knew JK Harris went to bat for me. I owed the IRS 96k and Jk harris got it down to under 7k. It took three years but I stress, it is the IRS that is slow. Dont be fooled by the companies that promise it fast. I di and I was out 3k.
