I really love this Boot Camp! I just started my 2nd session and don't see myself stopping anytime soon. If you want a kick butt workout with a great trainer, Morning Crunch is the place to be. The other participants are supportive and the whole environment is comfortable and fun while still offering an intense workout.

I have been a member of the Sherman Oaks Boot Camp class for 2 years now and I couldn't be happier. Having your workouts outside is invigorating and the instructor really knows how to change things up and keep the workouts interesting. I highly recommend this program, Morning Crunch Fitness Bootcamp to anyone and everyone. It is the Best bar far.

I've been attending the Pasadena 6 a.m. bootcamp with Coach Megan since the spring of 2009. I can't recommend it highly enough. Although at 54, I am probably the oldest (and slowest) person in the group, I feel welcome and supported. Every class is different so boredom never occurs, and Megan drives us hard, but with humor and creativity. If you are looking for a great all-around fitness program, with friendly people and a great coach, this is it!

This bootcamp is terrific...no fatigues and yelling here...just a dynamic workout with a great group of folks. The trainer was super knowledgeable and I definitely felt the workout the next day! A+

Wow! What a workout! This Boot camp is a great way to get in shape. My trainer was really fun and put together an awesome workout routine. We did things with our body weight and these bands and it was so perfect! He kept changing things up and giving us a total body workout, very dynamic fitness training. I could feel the results the next day, definitely sore in a good way. I exercise regularly and thought I was in good shape until I started this program. I love the results i see and how I feel. I give it 5 stars!

I stumbled upon this find with a local school auction win; I had always wanted to try Pilates. In a short series of classes, I felt a noticeable change! With a few more classes, I felt sleeker in my over-40 body! I was amazed at how much fun I was having too! Trisha and Jesse worked me hard while making me smile and laugh as the hour passed. I find myself missing the camaraderie almost as much as the expert instruction. Pilates takes mental energy and the descriptive approaches given and encouragement along the way are best in class! If you are looking to seriously get in shape this is the place to be. I go to the Los Feliz location and the trainer, Ricardo, is super knowledgeable and very motivating. I've been to many gyms in the past and they don't compare to this program. The fact that it's in Griffith Park is really great. We go on runs, hikes, do strength training with rubber bands, etc. We're working different muscles everyday. He knows how to get the most out of you, while still going at your own pace. I highly recommend it!

Morning Crunch is so awesome. The trainers are knowledgable, it's outdoors in nature, it's challenging, but still can be adjusted for people of different levels. I am so happy with the results and I have so much more energy now! Also, rubber bands are provided so all you have to do is bring some water and yourself which is so nice. If you want to get in shape and feel great then this is the bootcamp to attend!

I am not a very fit person and I've got those new year exercise goals that everyone seems to have, but I am not a very motivated exerciser. I knew it would take a group setting to get my butt into shape. So, a little bit terrified and a little bit excited, I signed up for the 6 am boot camp, three days a week. I'm now at the end of my second week and I am LOVING it! Ricardo, the instructor, is fantastic---so nice and encouraging, and he always helps people tailor the work outs to their specific needs. Getting up so early is tough, but everyone in the class is really nice, and it's amazing to see the sun rise over the mountains every morning. Plus, I am sore every day in a really good way. I can already feel my body changing. We do something different every morning, which makes going to the class exciting. The class really utilizes the outdoor setting. I'm already planning on signing up for this boot camp for the next session--maybe 4 days per week next time!

I went to the classes at the Hollywood location and Dulcie, the trainer, was truly an inspiration. She always had cool moves and workouts for us to do. She was fun and happy (even at 6am), and there was no YELLING or SCREAMING, which was perfect cause I don't think I could handle someone in my face that early in the morning. Never a dull moment and a great group of people in class too. \r

I started with 4x/wk, then did 3x/wk for a few sessions...now that I'm at my goal weight, I go 2x/wk for maintenance and do some other cardio on my own. OR sometimes I will go to the FREE HIKE events they have. They usually have an event for the students (and their friends) every 6 weeks or so.\r

It's truly a quality program and very rewarding too. I never thought I'd get so much out of Boot Camp, but MAN it has changed my life. Great friends, great body, great new attitude on life.\r
