Jane is a licensed aesthetician with over 20 years experience in the skin care industry. She has serviced celebrities such as Melanie Griffith, James Frain, Dylan Bruno and the cast of Miss Congeniality. Jane specializes in customized aesthetic treatments that end in beneficial results. She is one of the few people that use the Dermafile which is a skin polishing and resurfacing tool made of stainless steel and finely crushed genuine diamonds. The Dermafile leaves skin feeling velvety smooth, fresh and rejuvenated. The Dermafile is more cost effective and safer for your skin than Microdermabrasion. The facials include a relaxing massage of the face, chest, scalp, shoulders and hands infused with a Vitamin C treatment. Jane does any type of waxing. I decided to take a chance and try a new salon. I'm SO happy that I did! I actually found this place on City Search, called up and got an appointment very easily. The location is great and it's a nice, clean salon. Laura cut and colored my hair and it looks so great.. I explained exactly what I wanted and she totally listened and totally got it! She got me out of my boring-hair-rut! When I got back to work all of my co-workers were going crazy - they couldn't stop complimenting me! I will be going back to Laura at Shorfes from now on.

Best haircut ever. 5 Star Rating - World class

Seriously. I have some weirdly curly hair and am fairly picky. Every time I get a haircut, I give my barber specific instructions, and they never follow them all. Charlie did everything I asked like it was no big deal. I walked out looking good, not like I'd just gotten shorn. Easy to talk to and gets the details right, what more could I ask?

Pros: Good location, nice atmosphere.

Love my hair! 5 Star Rating - World class

I went to see Charley for the first time a couple weeks ago. She did a fantastic job. My color matches perfectly! I appreciate that she took the time to look at me, my hair and ask me what I wanted....and listened!! She is also very friendly and give a great scalp massage! I will definitely go back to have Charley do my hair.

Pros: Great friendly atmosphere with late evening appointments available.

Just ok 3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

I got a ok hair cut and an ok wax job. My hair came out looking a little to 1996 for my taste and my eyebrows weren't perfectly even. (To be fair I should let you know that I am extremely picky about my eyebrows and mine are particularly difficult to do.) Maybe you'll have better luck.

Best Facials! Comfortable Environment! 5 Star Rating - World class

If you are looking for a good place to go for a facial, this is it. Jane is a very friendly person who knows what she is doing. She knew just what products to recommend for my skin. She didn't pressure me to purchase her products (but she did make some recommendations).
This is an upper end salon with a friendly staff and a comfortable environment! Very clean! I highly recommend Shores Hair & Skin Care Clinic.
