Great Deal
by BigDA
Thank you first of all by saving me from the acrylic spas that crack up so easily. We have the LS1180 and just love it. When family came down from Canada for Christmas we just put them all in there and had a great family conversation.
I am so grateful to have the Genesis system as well so I only have to change the water once a year and it is so much better for our skin. Also the type of material that the spa is made of is indestructible and solar resistant, which I love.
Thank you once again for telling us the whole truth about spas, you have saved us much grief for now and into the future. Everybody needs to come and hear what you have to say about spas before they purchase one.
Pros: only have to change water once a year

Exceptional product
by CCampbell
We are thrilled with our spa and have been in it almost every day since our installation. The delivery was well done; delivery men were polite and informative. The electrical connection was done in a very timely manner and these men were also very polite. I would recommend LifeSpas to anyone looking to purchase a spa
Pros: Quality spa

2 years as an owner!
by jdbronson
We are writing this because we ENJOY our LifeSpa! Everything about our LifeSpas experience has been awesome! We enjoyed the lifespas presentaion, which taught us about the different types of spas, and the importance in choosing the spa that is right for us. The process was so easy and it was a pleasure doing business with them.
We were so excited when we recieved our spa, it was perfect! We happened to have two couples staying the weekend with us in December when the spa arrrived, abd everyone enjoyed it so much! It is perfect fit for just the two of us or even up to 8 of our friends! Now that we've had the LifeSpa for almost 2 years, I can't imagine being without it. It has been a huge stress reliever for my husband and I, who both have stressful careers. It also serves as a great way to relax and unwind at the end of the day with your spouse. We will be celbrating our 2nd year with our LifeSpa in December, and it is in perfect condition as when we recieved it! LifeSpas is a great product with great customer service! wE couldnt be happier with our lifespa!
Pros: Fun and reliable

Deceiving showroom 'appointment' - not recommended
by lacurtis
The store is located in the middle of no where in an industrial park. When I arrived for my "appointment", I joined a room with two other people and four remaining empty seats. The salesperson caught me up ... that there were 4-5 parts to the appointment, ending with the prices of the spas. I looked around, saw only 4 spas in the showroom and asked how long the appointment would take and was told 1-1/2 hours!! I felt like I was scammed into sitting in a timeshare presentation - and many of those don't last that long! I left and called the number I placed the "appointment" with and told them they need to share with their potential customers that when they visit a showroom they are signing up for a 90+ minute information session at best.
Cons: appt times at their convenience, deceptive sales pitch
