5 Stars: Amazing service and caring attitude not found often in the mattress biz! (by DaninEverett)

I really needed a new mattress. Mine was a hand me down and it was weak when I received it, but it was free! I did my research and went to all the familiar places, including the first place you think of when it comes to mattresses. I was bombarded by the typical salesman trying to push product down my throat before finding out what I was after. He asked me what size, and started showing me beds.

Totally different story when I went into King's Mattress in Lynnwood. After the usual friendly greeting, Rick asked me a lot of questions. He wanted to know how I sleep, whether I had any back problems, what kind of mattress I was sleeping on now, what I didn't like about it, how many hours I sleep per night, even asked what kind of work I do! He obviously cared about finding a good bed for me. It took about an hour, but after trying several beds, Rick helped me find an excellent pillowtop set. He had to special order it, but it only took a week.

I've been sleeping on it now for 3 months, and I've never slept better in my life! Thank you, Rick for your kind and caring attitude! I'll be sending you more customers. Your service was the best!

1 Stars: Worst Service Ever (by Ron C.)

I decided it was time to purchase my new mattress, my wife and I went into Sleep Country, Kings, Macy's and Cloud Nine. The guy at kings must have assumed we were looking for cheep beds because he didn't really pay much attention to us when we said wanted to see something around $800. We ended up spending $1700 on a very nice mattress at Sleep Country. By far the best service we recieved was at Sleep Country. They promised to beat any price by at least 5% and honored that. The bed we found at King's was simular to the one we found at Sleep Country but cheeper with their price policy. Katie was amazing and the delivery went off without a hitch.

1 Stars: They sell you new and give you floor models! (by Helenlance)

I bought from another location, and they sold me a new mattress but delivered to me a floor model! No one would help me, and Sealy voided my Warranty because of the floor model stamp on it! I wasted $900!
Do NOT buy from this lying, cheating, stealing company!

5 Stars: King's Mattress Bellevue, Redmond (by zhazha)

I have been looking for mattress for some time and came upon King's Mattress in Redmond. At the other stores, Sleep Country. Mattress Depot, and Macy's I felt that it was more or less how can I get your money and no real concern for what I really wanted. When I went to King's Mattress, I talked to Cheryl and found a caring person who really wanted to know what bed would fit me and my budget. I was truly informed about mattress's, and then Cheryl show me the process of finding the right fit for me. I felt very comfortable with her, I also purchased a mattress from her. I love my mattress and would recommend Kings Mattress and Cheryl to all of my friends. They also have a great referral fee of a $100. The prices are the best around and the experience is wonderful when you have a real professional who cares about you for a change.

5 Stars: The Best Mattress Prices (by hilary m.)

After mattress shopping for a couple days I came across Kings Mattress in Tukwila. They by far beat any competitors price and beat Sleep Country and Mattress Depot which are the only other two places I went. Sleep Country had a Sealy queen set that I loved but it was way too expensive. So I went to Kings Mattress and found almost the exact Sealy and paid about $700 less than what Sleep Country offered. I would highly recommend Kings Mattress if your looking for a deal. Great service, no pressure, and not to mention the great prices.

5 Stars: Easy as pie (by Samantha C.)

So, i know nothing about buying a new mattress. Going into this process blindly for the first time, i relied on my trusty Internet search to find a good place to find one. I needed CHEAP, QUICK, QUALITY, and i also needed FREE delivery, since i drive a Miata, and trying to tow a mattress on the back of one of those is comedy.

After visiting a BUNCH of different places -- JC Penny, Sleep Country, and Macy's -- i realized that buying a mattress sucks. They're expensive! The final place on my list was King's... i'd seen their commercials on TV and thought i'd give them a try. At last, VICTORY! They promised to beat ANY price of any mattress deal i found, and they even delivered that same day, so i could sleep on it that night! everyone was really nice, tons of beds to choose from, and yet it took me less than an hour to get in, find the mattress i wanted and get out.

i'm telling you, when it comes to buying stuff like mattresses, you don't want a lot of hassle--and that's exactly why i highly recommend Kings--seriously. good stuff.
