I bought my car in to get my window tinted and get an exterior done. They've done an excellent job on my car. The best part is that they kept their word. They said that they will get my car done within the same day and they did it by keeping their shop open late, 9pm, on a Saturday. That is a text book CUSTOMER SERVICE. It shows me the dedication they show to their customers. Great Thanks! The next best part is that the informations and the demonstration they provided. They give me great tips on how to maintain my car exterior. They demonstrated the type of works that they are going to do on my car. That give me the confidence of their skill and knowledge. They are very informative and very visual to their customer to strengthen customer confidence. Highly Recommended.

I have an old school camaro that I've been neglecting but really love. I took to the auto spa for a full detail and I was really happy with the finish. they removed all the little scratches and they clayed it from what they said which got the rough off my coat. they're good.

I've been coming here for a while now. I bring my mercedes here every friday to prep for the weekend and I also get my car waxed about every month. The guys are very cool with me there it's like Cheers. Bobby asked me to put in a review the other day and so here it is. While my car is getting done I make my self at home and check my email on Bobbys computer. We really became good friends. I'm a club promoter so I invite them to my parties and we have a great time.

I recently moved to Rincon Hill and I was looking for a place to maintain my car. I heard about The Detail Shop from my neighbor and gave it a try. I took my car to get a simple wash and wax and I was so pleased that I purchased a wash package. They do quality work and they're very clean.

I've had my car detailed by lots of different shops but the service at this place was outstanding. Nothing was overlooked. I also take my car to get it washed here and they're quick. I recommend this place to to anyone who wants a full detail or just a regular wash, either way they're great.

I got mky windows tinted over the weekend and the guys were very cool about getting it done fast. It took them about 2 hours. They really do good business here.

my car was really really dirty.. so, i got the full detail package and i surprised with the results it was spotless and the service was great!! i was really happy to know that u could schedule an appointment on sundays because this is my only day off and most places are not open or they close early and im a late sleeper...lol

Last Friday I was on the way home and I needed a quick wash so I stopped by. I go there all the time and they are always quick and do good work. I told Malick to wax it as well. Like always my truck was shining and I was ready to take my lady out for a night in the town. I'm spiffy, can't help it!

I work in the city and one day stuck in traffic trying to get on the bay bridge I cut out and pulled up to the detail shop to get a quote for a full detail, it was $200. I love my car but I'm really bad about keeping it clean. I dropped it off the next morning and they gave me a ride to work and picked me up later on. When I saw my boxter I was amazed. They do great work.

last weekend my wife and I went out for dinner at Barbara's Fish Trap in Half Moon Bay. We had a wonderful evening but when we got home I noticed that their was a blue streak of paint on the rear end of my brand new camaro. I guess someone swiped me on the way out of their parking spot. Well I called up the detail shop and the guys told me they would take care of it. I ended up paying $120 for an exterior detail but the work was great they got the paint off, buffed and waxed it. I would definitely recommend them.

Great place for a quick car detailing, and close to the Bay Bridge entrance on Harrison Street for us "East bay" commuters. I was referred to them by a friend in Oakland, who said the owner (Nader) really knows how to take care of his clientele. I did the Complete Detail package for my Jetta GLX, and it looks as good as it did the day I drove it off the lot. Forget that! It looks better!

Pros: Location convenient to Bay Bridge, fast and efficient staff

Cons: None yet!
