During my little sister's pregnancy, I wanted to make sure she took really good care of herself and found Dana of Prasandana Yoga and Massage. I had had a massage with Dana previously and thought she was fantastic and asked her about her prenatal work. After getting a comfort level with her, I discussed it with my sister, who was all for taking a couple of private prenatal yoga sessions. She loved it! Dana is just so good at what she does. She was gentle, explained way prenatal yoga is so important and really helped my sister feel great throughout her pregnancy. My sister was so impressed, she even indulged herself in a few prenatal massages with Dana as well, which she said were heavenly.
