I have been to many of the Cha restaurants, and this one is by far the best one. They staff is very friendly and fast. They also have cute outdoor seating in the evenings. They forget to give you the happy hour menu though, so you have to ask for it.

I was having a great day until I went to this place..... I wish there were negative ratings because this place earned about a negative 155 on my scale. Aside from bringing my drinks out nearly at the same time my food came out -- 30
