I don't know what to start with, well...my hair NEVER looked better than now! Friend of mine introduced me to Norma over 6 months ago. from the first haircut I feel in love with her work. She takes time to understand what is that you want. She helps you find the right look for you. She really cares! There is a lot of hair salons in Manhattan, some of them good, some of them just expensive and overrated. This place is inexpensive and makes you want to come back. Thank you Norma for my beautiful haircut that makes me look and feel great!!!

My modeling agency recommended me to go to Lexispa when i told them i wanted hair extensions. And that's when i met Norma- September 2007. i wanted to try hair extensions- just to see if i could work better with longer hair. After researching all over the city- i was sold by her brazilian wrap technique. To be honest, i was a little skeptical at first.... i'm used to going to super chic and expensive hair salons. not a salon on the 2nd floor towards the back of the building...
I got the hair on my head and it looked AMAZING. My agency LOVED IT and no one could tell that i had them in. I was working like crazy! so, yes it was a successful experiment!
I was really scared when she had to take them out after a few months....especially because i have fine hair. i had heard horror stories of people's hair falling out from extensions. To my surprise, very little hair came out and my hair was thicker and healthier than before!!! WHAT?!!?
I have continued going to Norma- even though i no longer do extensions. She is an honest and genuine person. i like her company and the way she takes care of me And i am always walking out the door transformed by her touch! Super talented and a delight to be around....that's Norma!

When I arrived in NYC 8 months ago, i really didn't know where to go to have my hair done, hair dressers are so much cheaper in my country! i tried many salons and was always disappointed until I went to Lexi spa... Norma is such a great hair stylist and is a really nice person. She did my highlights and hair cut, the next day everyone loved it at work and all asked me where I went! Even a girl i did not even know asked me in the elevator, "I love your hair, where did you go?".
PS: and it's affordable!

This is an excelent salon. i ventured in diferent salons but nothing like Lexi Spa from the first moment. I knew it was the right one for me! Norma its amazing person and the best hairdresser, She is an amazing, attentive, delightful stylist. What i like most about her is she takes her time with every customer.
