This is a great spot to go for a cocktails after work with colleagues or to meet up with friends. Great for conversation and nice atmosphere. Also, the menu was nice to order small plates. I had the fried calamari and salad maison and would have both again. My friend had the fries and they are amazing!

I dined at Boucarou on Saturday and had a wonderful experience. Ordered the crab crusted filet which was mouth watering while my friend ordered the salmon which looked and smelled delicious! The restaurant had a great wine list and unique cocktail menu. Will definitely be back to try some of their speciality drinks! The service was wonderful. They whole staff was extremely friendly and our waitress was great!! Very friendly, attentive and extremely professional. The environment was great too. Classy crowd having a fun, relaxing time. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended

I was suprised to read about the problem one of your reviewers had with a double charge, I have had the same problem but encountered no problem. I thought the girl who took care of it was very professional and not rude at all. And whats wrong with being blond?
I thought the service was great , The ambiance and the food terrific I will be back for sure.

The food and decor of the place were fine. Our server was clueless though. We instructed her on how to split the bill between different credit cards, (not rocket science especially since the tip was included). The poor blonde (go figure!) got it wrong 3 times. They ended up charging my card twice and have not returned phone calls from the "manager" Michelle who only works apparently 4 hours a day and doesn't know how to return phone calls. I will now go slander this place all over the internet. This is New York City. Good food and ambiance are a dime a dozen and working in the service industry I know that your customer service is what can make you or break you. So, if you want to bother with laziness and rude staff (the girl just hung up on me after letting her know I was fed up with the lack of attention to this matter). then please dine here!!! For the price, it was totally overrated. And to think, I wouldn't have had much to say if they just got it right the first time. Ok time, to go tell my story elsewhere. Good luck with this place!
