I've been going to Trini since Marinette signed on. I've followed her no matter what salon she worked throughout her career and it's worth it. If you are looking for a great colorist, go see Marinette at Trini.

I've been going to Sohaila for about 9 years now and she always makes me look like a rock star, which by the way is not getting any easier. I haven't found anyone who knows how to cut ultra straight hair like she can. I highly recommend!

trini in private is a great place for a guy to get a haircut too! I have been going here since it opened and I have never been disappointed. the atmosphere is a needed escape form the city noise. the service is warm, courteous and professional. my stylist cuts my hair just the way I like it everytime. I just had another great hair cut from Sohaila at Trini in Private. I have been going to Sohaila for years and she always exceeds my expectations. Their new location on 6th Ave is in a perfect spot for me as it is right by both the Path and 1&9 subway stops.

Sheena and the rest of the Trini staff are very friendly and always make me feel welcomed. They are also extremely knowledgeable. They have recently recommended Kerastase Resistance Shampoo and Conditioner. It is great stuff- perfect for the fuller look that I like my hair to have.

Trini is a gorgeous salon with a tremendously talented staff. I followed my colorist Marinette to Trini when she moved there about 6 months ago. I would have literally followed her to the ends of the earth because of her amazing ability. I have lived in NYC for 9 years and have had my hair colored at over 15 salons before I found Marinette. In my opinion her highlights are the best I have ever seen in Manhattan on anyone. Thanks to her great work I get compliments on my hair all of the time from friends and strangers alike. Oh, and now my best friend goes to Marinette too!

When I first moved to Trini I was hesitant to see who would be cutting my hair. Remember I went for the color but I had no idea what I was in store for cut wise. I was thrilled to learn that Sohlia (the salon's owner) is a master stylist. She listens to her customers and makes great suggestions. Sohila takes her time and the results are fantastic!

This past summer, when I was out East with my new haircut and color, I was approached by a celebrity stylist who wanted to know where I got my hair done. HE LOVED THE CUT and COLOR!!! What a testament to great work!!!!

Thanks to Marinette and Sohila I love the way my hair looks when I walk out of the salon.

As for the Salon itself, I always have a great experience when I am there. It is clean, sharply decorated, reasonably priced, and they use great product!
