Sky Steamer Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE OR THIS PRICE! The "steam cleaning" doesn't include detergent & they didn't clean the actual couch (under the pillows). I am in a state of shock at how dirty my couches still are. I wish I'd been stronger with them while they were here, but I felt so taken advantage of, I just wanted them to leave.

I called on the phone they said $70 for my two loveseats. I said what is the difference with deep cleaning. He said "not much". I said in terms of cost difference, if my couches need to be "deep cleaned", how much more will it cost. He said "Not much. Don't worry".

They came and immediately informed me that steam cleaning wouldn't do the trick and before telling me the price put on a little show with the various chemicals etc. to show me how my couches could look new.

He told me the price would be $499 "complete"! Gradually, he brought it down to $199. I still said I wanted the phone quote price. Little did I know that price didn't include ANY DETERGENT OR SOAP AT ALL -- JUST WATER. They did only the exposed pillows and did not clean the base that the pillows sit on. And again. Only with water and some kind of scent. I had to ASK THEM to do back and sides. They said it involves moving furniture and only included with deep cleaning.

I (at 9 months pregnant) began yanking the couch out so they could clean the back of it. They spent like another minute and left.

During the cleaning, he took my credit card (which he insisted on rather than a check) . They also overcharged me based on the phone quote. He charged me $80 plus tax for 2 loveseats (they originally said $70). I gave him the coupon from Citisearch, he acted like it would only work on deep cleaning. I had to show him where it said "Any Service". He ended up charging me $77 (including tax) for the service, which still doesn't make sense. I am very, very upset.

Cons: Fake prices. Try to pull a "bait & switch" and if you don't do it, they don't really clean your couches.
