My friend referred me to Pinnacle. Stupidly, I went to a dealership first. The dealership wrote the car up to the tune of $650, not money that I had. Worse, Southern States Nissan charged me $115 just to look at the car!
It's a completely different world when you go to Pinnacle. Everybody there is NICE. They treat you like a person, they tell you everything that could even be remotely wrong with the car, but then they are honest in the appraisals of what you should fix and when you should fix it. The prices are more than fair, and they are just genuinely interested in making sure that your car works like it is supposed to.
If you don't believe me, just go there for an oil change and try it out. You'll be family in no time!
Pros: Service, Speed, Sincerity
Cons: Hard to think of any at this point. Really the con is that Pinnacle is the exception rather than the norm in auto service.
