Kevin with Pinnacle drove his tow truck over a very expensive septic unit at our address even though there is a well marked pole placed to avoid such incidents. He, as well as, the dispatcher admitted this to be the case and agreed to pay the damage. Now that a septic specialist has accessed, the company is refusing to take responsibility. Kevin is a smart mouthed, abusive employee with a "take it or leave it" attitude. BE WARNED ..... LEAVE IT! Many, many other tow companies to choose from in the Triangle!

Mechanical work is done well. Electronics however are a whole 'nother thing -- apparently reading manuals is not a strength. They claim to be able to do almost any repair, but fall way short of the mark on anything electronic.

Chris Ramirez did super job for us in an effecient amount of time. Our van would not start and it was face first in our garage. He had to pull it out of our garage and down our driveway with special dolliles under the front wheels. Then, he hooked it up to his truck from the front and dropped it off at a mechanic's shop, as I recall. This was months ago. But he thought through our problem, came up with a solultion, and exceuted it in a good amount of time. We were very pleased with his work!

I was coming there in early summer & dealing with a service advisor that took good care of me, think his name was mike, but since then I have been dealing with this guy named chris & he has the lack of experience,that doesn't take care of the customer, seems the cost of repairs care more to him than the actual customer does. He suggested repairs that my car didn't even need. I have a 2009 BMW, my fuel pump wnet out he gave me 3 differnet prices, that were higher than the dealership, if that would have been mike my car would have been given back to in a professional manner at a competitive price. I do not recommend these guys. This is a bogus review. A 2009 BMW that needed a fuel pump in 2010 would have still been under factory warranty. We do not believe this reviewer has been a customer of ours but someone who has ill will against us or our business for personal reasons.

My wife and I were initally lured into their trap by their friendly nature and "can do" attitude, But when it came time to do the work on a timely basis, we were sorely dispaoointed. Not only were issues with our vehicle never fully resolved to our satisfaction, some issues were we discussed were never adressed at all.

If you have a simple issue, these guys might be okay, but they charge over $100 per hour labor when most in the area charge an average of $78 per hour.

Please sure to get your diagnostics done elsewhere. Kevin would not even come from the back to discuss these issues with me and never returned a call. They over-extend themselves with promises they can not keep in a timely manner.

It still had some warranty left, so Chris called that auto store and got them to deliver the replacement battery to Pinnacle. Installed free of charge and they gave me a military discount. Will they get more of my business...heck yes!

I went to Pinnacle twice for routine maintenance. When I got the car back the first time, steam came out of the hood once the car warmed up. Pinnacle had forgotten to put the cap back on the radiator.

The 2nd time, I dropped the car off early in the morning. When I called to check the status, I was told they would call me back, which did not happen. In late afternoon, I finally said I needed to pick up the car; they asked if I could make it later.

Because they had the car all day, I feared that they would tell me the car had major problems. They didn't tell me anything; except that they had performed the maintenance ~between other people's jobs.~

On top of that, I don't believe they rotated the tires as requested. I will never go back there.

This customer did not have an appointment and we worked her in our schedule with a promise to complete by the end of the day which we did. It was our understanding that she would return at the end of the day to pick up her car and a courtesy call to let her know her car was ready was not made as it wasnt ready till end of day when we had arranged for it to be completed. We are sorry that she doesnt think we rotated her tires but the tire rotation was done with the service performed. We do apologize that on her first visit a radiator cap was not tightened as well as it should have been. We regret the error.

Chris Ramirez, the tow truck driver made our experience one of the best I have ever had in dealing with towing. I was very upset because I don't know what is wrong with the car and it may be very expensive. Chris really made me feel comfortable. He first towed my car to my home and then towed it to his shop at no extra charge to have the machanics take a look at it. He gave me a feeling that I could trust his company. I would highly recommend this tow company to anyone. Thanks Chris!!!

I called Pinnacle as a result of the Citysearch review of his company. Chris answered my call on the third ring and was here within 30 minutes of my hanging up with him. I managed to get my new BMW stuck in the snow and HAD to have it out to go to a job interview out of town.

Chris was able to get my car to the top of my driveway without a single scratch. He had to go the extra mile since the distance of my drive was longer than anticipated, but he didn't charge me a bit more than he quoted. I was so relieved that the cost was so low for the work he performed. I would have anticipated much higher costs due to the snow.

We called for help through Nationwide Roadside Service (they were excellent to work with. They sent someone to change the tire, but he could not remove the spare because of corrosion. Road service then sent Pinnacle Towing to tow the vehicle to a dealer. When Chris at Pinnacle Towing arrived and prepared to tow, he said that he would look under the truck and with the tools that he had he freed the spare and changed the tire for us. We were then on our way and Pinnacle saved us many hours and a headache. As we were getting to leave he wanted to make sure that we were not charged for towing, only to change our tire. As his card says ??Higher Standards? it surely fits his service. The entire time Chris was there he was very concerned about safety and was extremely polite. I would tell anyone needing help to call Pinnacle Towing. I only wish every area had a Chris Ramirez and Pinnacle Towing.

Within one ring I got a friendly voice asking what the problem was and where I was so he could fix it. Chris Rameriz, not only the owner but also the man doing the work, came within ten minutes notice, and was in my car in about 2 minutes. I was amazed. I will ALWAYS use Pinnacle towing not only for towing, locked in car keys, but also for his Safe Ride home service which he told me about when he got there. I purchased a 3 series (used) in October 2008. A light came on so I took it to Pinnacle "in the blind." I didn't know anything about their business. Kevin called me. He informed me that I still had some warranty left and that he suggested I take it to the dealer (Leith BMW) which I did at no charge. How honest can you get? Our BMW had a light that kept coming on. We took it to other shops and that would charge us to look at the problem and tell us the computer didn't find any problems and turn it off. It would come back on it a short time. When I stopped in at Pinnacle to schedule an appointment to have this and a couple of other things looked at they pulled the car in right away. I went to pinncale today for a concern about a service engine light. They let me in first, ,because no one was there. After about 45 mintues, the technician came out and said there was no problem with my exhaust system, but he "reset the computer" . He was quick to add that my oil level sensor was faulty, and wanted to quote me a price for that. After that I was given a $96 bill for him "reseting" the sensor. He said I needed to go to the dealership for some type of program that needed to be downloaded to the car. If he knew that, why charge me $96 dollar to reset a light, that came on 2HOURS later! i called them back as soon as it came back on. Again they referred me back to the main dealership for the problem. I just hate the fact that they take advantage of hard working women like that. I am not trying to gain pity or sympathy, but $96 is a bit much for pushing a few buttons. Those guys knew that light would come back on., but what hurts the most is that it came back on the SAME DAY! I literally gave them $96 dollars for nothin. This is the last time I will ever do business with them again. I should not have went today, considering how my brakes were takin care of as well. Brand new brakes and shoes, and they squeak and squeal as if they were never changed. Hmmmmm go figure.

It was time for a B service on my CLK 430......and I don't just let anyone under her hood....took my baby straight to these guys and she rides better than ever!!!!!!!!! It's not your average shop they should change the name to "The Comfort Zone". Their waiting area is very pleasant and pleasingly smells like apple cinnamon. So comfortable and quiet I fell asleep on the couch (LOL)....almost forgot where I was for a minute. Its a great family owned business. Everyone is very nice and they stand behind their work 100%. If you are a female and you have no idea where to take your car for GREAT service please take me on my word when I say these guys get the job done RIGHT. I'm pretty tight on a dollar.....always lookin for ways to cut corners and get the best value at the same time !!! I refused to take my car to a Mercedes dealership where the service prices are ridiculously out the sunroof when there is another automotive shop that can do the exact same service for half the price or better.Pinnacles prices are very reasonable and they let you know what's going on with your vehicle every step of the way. If you value your vehicle, time, and the money that your spending for dependable work (as I do) pull into Pinnacle. Complete honest, will bend over backwards to help you, as freindly as if you'd known them for 10 years.....I just showed up completely unannouced with a huge problem on my car, from faulty work done by another shop, and these guys really helped me out, cleaned up the mess and found the real problem, Then they only charged me for about have of the hours of labor they put into it... They see everything from BMW, to Saab, To your muscle cars....They can do it all, and do it well....I highly recommend them, and I know my family and I will not be going anywere else in the future,....Thanks again guys. Kevin and his brothers were great. I took an 83 jeep there with several problems. Although I am sure they wish they had never seen that jeep, they worked on it until they got it done right. Same thing with my 93 Landcruiser. Finding a repair shop that sticks by what they say is nearly impossible to do. We all go to the dealer because we are afraid to go to a small shop. Then the dealers just take us for everything we have. This is one shop you can trust. I have recommended them to lots of friends. I know that is where they will be going when they need a repair. You should too! Only reason to ever go to the dealer again is for warranty work, nothing else.
