My experience with my wedding appointment with preston flowers was most enjoyable , very professional , and accomodating. The day of my wedding I had no worries , everything was fresh ,and as ordered and was delivered in a timely manner.I would recommend them to all my friends and family.

I had a very sour experience when I went to a scheduled appointment to talk wedding flowers for my july wedding last year. Not only did the lady I was scheduled to meet with run late when there was nobody else in the store besides someone as the cash register and us but she talked down to me the whole time because I only had some absolute ideas for my flowers with other parts I wanted to see some ideas for. She flat out laughed at me to my face when she saw it was just me (like there really needs to be a huge group of people to sit there and see what I want and then not be surprised at the event) and when I told her about my flower choices (some roses and lilies, lots of greenery, that did not like calla lilies) and colors (lavender and green). What should have been a fun part of wedding planning turned very stressful thanks to that woman and I took my business elsewhere.

Pros: Shop looked nice and had examples of what I wanted

I wanted to thank you so much for Preston Flower's assistance with our corporate order of 29 balloon bouquets that were shipped to all of our locations in the U.S. and Canada. You and your team were courteous, professional and unbelievably helpful. I couldn't have pulled this off without you! All of our bouquets arrived at or before the scheduled time to kick-off our company-wide celebration held on October 1st. I will definitely keep you in mind for any other corporate wide events.

Just want to thank Preston Flowers for all their help in making my wedding flowers so picture perfect. From the time I went in for my wedding consultation I had such a good feeling about working with them. They were wonderful to deal with and were able to make suggestions to keep me on track for my wedding budget. Everything looked wonderful and was delivered exactly when requested. I couldn't have been happier.

Ordered a small nice looking pink azalea plant in a silver metal bucket to be delivered for Mother's Day as a surprise. What actually got delivered was a dried up shriveled plant with brownish white flowers in a cheap metallic plastic container. All this for $50? Now instead of surprising my wife she is upset that anyone would even think of delivering something like this. To her it looked like something you'd pick up for $4.99 at Food Lion. Thanks to Preston Flowers for ruining this Mother's Day surprise. Looks like I will be headed to The Flower Cupboard in downtown Cary after work today......

The Flower Basket recently did the bouquets and altar arrangements for my wedding. I absolutely love flowers so I was very picky and high maintenance for them to deal with. They were so kind to me and worked with our budget. The flowers were so beautiful and received a lot compliments.
I told them what I wanted and the end result was exactly what I pictured in my mind. I recommend The Flower Basket for any occasion.

I have shopped at this florist for several years and found them to be of great value in price, quality and knowledge. The staff is very well trained from their retail staff to their designers and they've always been able to make great suggestions on special occasions. My wife is always delighted when I bring home an arrangment from this florist.

Pros: The shop looks great and they have lots of unusual flowers and gifts

I received a very beautiful low arrangement (very unique) that lasted over a week. The design was very nice and the flowers very fresh. We'll certainly order again!

The arrangement was nice.....but not worth the money. The arrangement was smaller than expected and did not seem like a good value. I think I would have been better served at another florist.

The staff is very helpful and Fridays are a must for their 50% off fresh cut flowers in the afternoon. They have an excellent selection!

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother's birthday and they really excelled in the selection and presentation. I've never seen such a great looking bouquet, I'll certainly be using them again.
