Carino's Italian Grill 
I've been to this restaurant a couple of times during my lunch hour. The food was good, the portions were just right and the service could have been a little quicker. It's a nice and cozy environment, though. Overall, I enjoyed the experience and would go back.

Best Italian Restaurant Anywhere
I've been to Carino's Italian Grill in Doral on numerous occasions and I continue going because it is the best Italian restaurant I've been to. I love Italian cuisine and have been to many restaurants that have no where near as great food and service as Carino's. I am not pleased with the review given by 'oby2006', it is completely misleading because Romano's Macaroni Grill and Olive Garden have the same price range as Carino's but the food Isn't as great. Carino's cuisine tastes much healthier because it is not saturated in grease like Macaroni Grill and Olive Garden's food... and Carino's has a much better dessert menu! Besides the cuisine... service is great, you get seated quickly and you are always greeted by smiling faces. I love all of the decor which you can tell has a touch of italy in every piece. Everyone makes you feel very welcome, I had my daughter's baby shower there and the managers were very helpful every step of the way (I had never planned a baby shower before that), it was unforgettable. But don't take my word for it, stop by Carino's Italian Grill in Doral and see for yourself.

Great food, Great taste, Great Service
I visited Carino's this past Saturday for my anniversary. Let me tell you it was the most pleasant experiance ever. Everything could not have been better. Our Server, Luz was extremely helpful with any question we had, and recommended two fabiuos dishes for my husband and I. The food was phenomenal to say the least. I would invite any one to enjoy a night at Carino's that I had, you would not regret it.
Pros: Great sevice and a personable experience
Cons: Need more locatinos, further South Maybe

GREAT ITALIAN FOOD
THE FOOD WAS GREAT; ALOT MORE FOOD THAN EXPECTED FROM AN ENTREE. THE ATMOSPHERE WAS VERY COZY AND FRIENDLY

Dinner Shift -- A SALES Set UP! ...Rude, Pushy, OverSelling Waiters.
My experience at this restaurant was on a Saturday Night. To begin with, their dinner menu is nothing cheap -- plates average approx. $20. So, once again seems like Citysearch is either not properly doing their homework, or reaping extra benefits out of miscategorizing these joints. Long story short, our waitress was constantly questioning everything in our order as she tryed to sell us on more expensive plates & drinks. Finally she kind of got her way, after she brought me an extremely small portion in my main plate, she shrewdly manipulated me into ordering a much more expensive plate for myself -- family size $26 plus. After everything said & done, our bill for my wife & I, escalated to over $50 (w/o tip) not including drinks or dessert.
I strongly suggest to stay away from this place for dinner, unless you don't mind overpaying average italian food in an average italian restaurant. Perhaps Romano's Maccaroni & Grill or the Olive Garden would be better overall choices for italian.

Cons: Expensive Dinner Menu; Overselling, Stressful Waiters
