JK Harris & Company

I hired them in 2007 to do my back taxes and then it would be time to do my 2008 taxes.They asked me nothing about my background.They finally sent me my back taxes in Nov. 2008 to send in.They had done my taxes as a single person not head of house-hold.I'm disabled and they knew that,they even got my son who lives with me as a deduction. They were supposed to do my 2008 taxes but that time has already past and now into 2009.I need my 2008,2007 taxes done but i,m scared to go back to them.I didn't,t get my child deduction. in 2008 don,t know if i can.I call and call and now they moved and don,t know where there at.They didn't,t get the levy taken off or even seem to care about anybody.When they finally got my taxes to me it was late Nov.2008 and had to be in by DEC 1st 2008.They(J.K.Harris) would and has not called me back left many messages about (Head of household),Why didn't,not they itemize,State taxes,many more Questions no call back. Like getting the levy taken off or getting 2007 and 2008 taxes done.I've asked called to get no return.I would not be Bitter if they just did what they said they would (silly me for believing a lawyer).They just don't seem to care.I guess i will look local for a tax lawyer because they(J.K.Harris) just don't seem to care. Is there anyone out there that can help.

I contacted JK Harris & Company after the IRS took money from my bank account. I was had no choice but to go get help. Trey Harris was real helpful and told me that jk harris coul dhelp me. After I paid the $4900 fee jk harris did finally get my bank account freed up. They also settled my debt from 59k down to $1700. Trey promised me a $500 settlement and he might have lied about that but all and all I am happy with my settlement. It is hard to get in touch with trey but once you have him on the phone he will really help you the best he can. He does not call back alot of times and that is really annoying, i had to go back to his office a couple of times just to get an answer. Everytime I went to his office there were 2 or 3 people waiting to get in for an appointmnet. This dude is really busy which makes it harder to see him and when you call him make sure to speak slowly and give him your ssn and phone number. I would call on the fly alot of times and forget to leave my information about who I was and he would not be able to find me in the system because of all of that.

I just wanted to comment about my case because i am a real person in america who needed help.This company actually did what they said, I think alot of people dont like this company because they require you to locate documents and help with the program, u cant just write a check and have your problme solved. Please look at all of the specifics before you just say they are bad people. They must do pretty good cause they say they have 250k clients and there are only like 500 compliants online.

This is the most ripoff company that intentially sets you up and does not return ANY phone calls, takes your money, and then give you help in return. This is the beginning of a huge law suit that the company is about to find coming to them.
