Sometimes you will want them out and sometimes they're in areas that may not be of importance to you. We leave this choice up to you. The technician will notify you of the stains that will add an additional fee to the up-front-quote. Or you can ask your representative for an estimate when you call for your appointment.

The last minute decision to clean the stairwell was a good one as well. With the dog and I tramping sand and dirt up and the stairs every day, I could not believe you got them looking as good as you did.
